      Help out this 62 year year-old creator. Is it good to be cooked? Did you like the video?

      @@sciencemusicvideosthey meant it in a negative way like they’re doomed for the test. However, ‘cook’ can also be used in a positive way such as ‘let him cook’ means let him do his thing. Overall positive meaning for that example

    Hi Mr. W!!! We love your ap biology videos, and I was just wondering when unit 7 & 8 will be released. The ap bio test is going to be really soon, and i was hoping that you would cover it before the 16th. Thanks!!!!

    • @sciencemusicvideos
      @sciencemusicvideos  4 месяца назад +1

      Hi Michelle. In the video that you just watched, there are extensive sections about units 7 and 8...and that's all I'm going to be able to get to this year. I ran out of time. In terms of the 16th, here's still hope, but you'll have to study VERY efficiently. Check out my 5 day plan (you'll have to compress it) at apbiosuccess.com/5dayplan. Then implement the plan by using my AP Bio study platform at learn-biology.com/apbiology. GOOD LUCK!

    A chemical binds to a protein composed of a single polypeptide chain and prevents the formation of an alpha helix that is typically formed in the absence of the chemical. Which of the following best describes the effect the chemical has on the structure of the protein? Can you answer

    • @sciencemusicvideos
      @sciencemusicvideos  4 месяца назад +1

      Hi Sabaa. That looks like it's the stem of a multiple choice question, and you didn't provide the choices. However, I can guide you in the right direction. Sign up for learn-biology.com/apbiology and do our tutorial about protein structure. Good luck!

    • @amandabloomer3071

      An alpha helix is a common type of secondary structure in a protein. Hydrogen bonding occurs between the polar amino acids forming a coil.

    • @sciencemusicvideos

      They won't. Those 10 part questions were only used in the 2020 exam, when there was ONLY an FRQ (no MCQs). In terms of the upcoming exam, there's still hope, but you'll have to study VERY efficiently. Check out my 5 day plan (you'll have to compress it) at apbiosuccess.com/5dayplan.
