Wish it was possible to buy the Radeon pro 580x, i mean, you can, but they’re Apple MPX cards and you need either an adapter (which doesn’t exist) Or a mpx-capable mobo (Mac pro ONLY)
Any particular reason you fancy this GPU? It's five years old so is going to struggle with modern applications when compared to any of the much newer GPUs covered in this video. - JG
The AMD W series cards are for professional use. The RX cards are for consumer gaming. Obviously there is capability overlap, but for someone running blender rendering or professional video work, the difference in capability and software certification is pretty dramatic. Just as an example, my son did a blender rendering for me that had some shadows and a transparent box. On the Nvidia gaming card it took something like 20 hrs. On the pro cards like this it's minutes. The cards in this video are very good, but the newer 7000 series is a pretty big performance boost. My son and one of our family friends do this kind of thing so I kind of watch it all and hear about it.

Much smaller range than NVIDIA - is it not enough options or does NVIDIA have too many driving confusion?
