This gives you an idea of just how popular they were on the pier and why the police made them leave.the crowds were so big there was no where to walk by.
Isn't so much fun to see them back in the days when they played at the Santa Monica Pier so much fun!! Their is a live video of them playing the Trooper back in those days which I recently saw from back then and she sings it almost identical to the video they put out. Just love seeing how they started. Just wait till you go all the way back to when they were known as the "Cristea's" when Sam sung lead that will blow your mind LoL and Melody was amazing even back then singing both lead and backing vocals to Sam.

This was the song that introduced me to my all time favourite band Liliac .I was simply blown away and for an extremely old rocker who was around for the birth of ALL the bands that they cover that's saying something I was instantly hooked and became a dedicated member of the Fang Gang who could and does listen to them every chance I get ..
