If you like nature, Romania has lots of mountains, you can hike for months and there is also the Danube Delta. And in the Bran area there are a few very nice trails on those hills. Also, lost of mountains around Brasov - Bucegi, Fagaras, PIatra Craiului, Ciucas, Piatra Mare. And no matter what activities you favor, you can do them. The problem is that foreign tourists usually just go to a few cities so there isn't much information about anything else, in foreign languages.
Romania is attractive! If I had more time, I would have traveled to several small cities. Thanks to you, I got to know some great cities. Next time I travel to Europe again, I will visit Romania again :)
@@ryu.rang_dan There is a lot more than just cities so if you visit again, don't focus on just cities. So as mentioned, there are a lot of mountains and on top of that, nature has been much better preserved than in most of Europe. Also, urbanization is relatively low at just 56% so rural life is a huge part of the country - this also has lead to better preserved traditions. And the Danube Delta, in the summer there are some 300 species of birds, some of hem come from as far as China and Mongolia on their way to Africa. And the food is all fish base there. There are lots of medieval fortifications, lots of Roman and Dacian ruins and more. Also, you can check on wiki what are the UNESCO world heritage sites in Romania., There is also the Cucuteni culture, that one is some 7k years old. Cities - Bucharest, Brasov, Oradea, Iasi, Timisoara, Cluj, Sibiu, Constanta and maybe Craiova as that region (Oltenia) has it's own things going on. Small ones, at least Sighisoara and Alba Iulia. There are also caves, lakes, waterfalls, gorges and so on. Absurd amounts of mineral water (some 2k springs) and plenty of thermal water. Orsova region is a decently nice spot on the Danube. The largest village museums in Bucharest and Sibiu. The fun place at the seaside is Vama Veche. Some music festivals like Untold and Neversea. And a lot more.
