when you upgrade a prim sword, try using 3 fodders first instead of a full 5. that chance of a great success can bump it from +14 to +20 directly saving you some grinders and n-meseta which stacks up in the long run. if it doesn't just add 1 prim sword again which bumps it from +14 to +17 if it's not a great success.

I really don't get why people right now are min-maxing gears when there's no content available yet to warrant such investment. 5* will come, 6* will come, and eventually 15* will come. What I'm saying is that people be investing too much meseta on gears that will eventually becomes useless when new gears will be release. This isn't like Based PSO2 where you can start making preparation for the lightweaver series and min-max. We still do not know how hard the future content of NGS will be. Yes obviously the 4* gears that they're investing too much on will definitelly allow them to do future NGS content. But I am also sure that the moment that 5* will be release, this people will imediately shift to min-maxing that 5*, as if the 4* that they min-max is now useless. And this will go on until we reach 15*. Rather than min-maxing on this early stage of this game, it's better to just put yourself in a position where you can do future content with enough gear power to make doing them not feel like Dark Souls while not be broke like an Undergrad. Plus, they might release a version of the collection folders in NGS and make gearing more easier.
Well the time diff for 5* weapons is still so far ahead, min maxing a 4* weapon is honestly not expensive.i still have 800k after min maxing mine and guess what i still got 6 months worth of weeklies and dailies for 5* weapons xD
Obviously because the maximum is 4 stars now for the next few months. The same will happen when you get 5, 6, 7, etc. It's the only thing left to do. Example: with a well-loaded rifle it is possible to farm any animal with 1 charged shot. That is, the stronger the weapon, the faster it will do anything in the game. Time is money.
Lol... even the 4* on Global market is only cost 1k, so that's 39k for +40 according to you, assuming each grind is 5 dups = 20k meseta, that's 160k meseta + 39k (if you buy all 4* on market) = 199k. That's one week meseta right there xD
I definitely considered talking about that, but I figured it was still a bit unrealistic right now (assuming this video lowkey crashes the market) so I'm not taking any chances HAHAHAHA
@@HeartOfClod The difference is not minimal when all added up. I have too many of these augments so there's really no point saving them. I can make another set easily with enough for new equipment

(Started with twin machine guns but I've found I prefer sticking to a weak point instead of the S-roll dancing, so maybe I'll try wand or fighter weapons.)
i Grinded a Forsis Rifle because i thought it looks Better
I SUPPORT THIS DECISION, AESTHETICS IS KING
Of course the last thing I did last night was grind up all my silvers....
SEGA guy#1: Let's make augments really easy and intuitive.
SEGA guy #2: Absolutely! And to balance the game we'll make enhancing hard and counter-intuitive!
Fans: That's not how game balancing works....
SEGA guys #1 & #2: Shhhhh... we're the professionals!
I wish there's silver primm version for units
So much this, it's a pain to grind units
This video is super helpful for rarity of weapons and understanding the best way to level up the weapons 👏
Happy that it helped!
they really should have a more understandable system. or atleast similar to ds1 in terms of complex as a new player when i started ps02 the systems in that game was sooo confusing
im rly confused rn
yeah 3 star with fixa is better than 4 with no fixa. but 4 star fixa is betta than 3 star with fixa. so i will keep using my 4 star.
That's cool and all but by the time I get one of the 2 weapons I want with Fixa Attack 4 or 5 I'll be billionaire so it's doesn't matter ._.
Yes I'm salty,
On a serious note, it was very helpful, thanks!
yeah... weps are simple. We need a armor video por favor.
if you have a 4-star armor I would recommend that just enhance it with other 4 star armors, because it's cheaper and it costs lesser Grinder, there are some player that use 2* +20 armor to be a fodder but 5 4* armor give you almost the exact amount of exp that 1 2* +20 armor give, use that method may be faster because you got 2* armor all the time from farming but it just costs wayyy too much.
@@ambition7442 yeahh but my post was a month ago lol. I currently have a set of vialto guard Fixa 3s with BiS and a set of cattleya guard Fixa 4s as well for each of my mains ;) but I appreciate the response nonetheless
Making weapons is fine and all, but units on the other hand.... that's quite a lot of resources
Oh god math
JUST A LITTLE BIT I PROMISE
Lol... even the 4* on Global market is only cost 1k, so that's 39k for +40 according to you, assuming each grind is 5 dups = 20k meseta, that's 160k meseta + 39k (if you buy all 4* on market) = 199k. That's one week meseta right there xD
I definitely considered talking about that, but I figured it was still a bit unrealistic right now (assuming this video lowkey crashes the market) so I'm not taking any chances HAHAHAHA
Also, don't even think of affixing. It's SO not worth the grind or cost.
well just get the minimum affixes. Example: might I, magnus note, alts secrata, forms soul
These are really easy to get
@@dirt8718 And ultimately useless IMO. The difference is so minimal, might as well just save them.
@@HeartOfClod The difference is not minimal when all added up. I have too many of these augments so there's really no point saving them. I can make another set easily with enough for new equipment
@@dirt8718 Oh RIP I read it as if you were spending the HIGHEST affixes on only the weapon or only one unit. Yeah, that is very much where I stopped, as well; things you can easily get more of!
Fuqn late with this vid man....
The truth is there is no point gearing cause theres no content lol.
If I had to choose between someone with a 4 star weapon and a 3 star. Well you already know lol
Say the word 'experience' out loud.
Now take the first 3 letters 'exp' and sound it the exact same.
It's not Eee X P...it's EX-P (X P)
Come on...
which fixa is better ? assume u can choose it ... is it better to go for attack, crit rate, crit damage ????
As of right now if you ask me- Getting Crit Damage without Crit Rate doesn't do a lot. Having high Crit Rate but no Crit Damage to back it up also doesn't do a lot. So Attack is my go-to actually, you'll get the most consistent output
I like crit rate the best for force because crits do quite a lot more damage than non-crits, since you're always at maximum damage + some. And 13% crit rate boost is pretty significant.
GODDD DAMN IT I SOLD LIKE 200 of silvers in the npc item shop for 50 mesetas cuz i thought they woul;d be useless... FUKKKKK
