I’ve had a large share of traumatic experiences in my life and it wasn’t til I picked up a book on psychology and what later lead me down the road to other highly respectable psychologist to get me to assess my thoughts only then was I able to find peace within myself again..life’s good! we just have to remain in that focus light !
