I have seen OMD in the 80s at Sheffield City Hall, and now more recently at the 80s Leeds Festival and First Direct Arena. They haven`t changed musically, absolutely at their best, but Andy`s dancing is more sedate. He was a fire-ball in his day, and I never knew where he got his stamina from? I am glad they reformed because it looks like they are really enjoying the time now. Wish Malcolm was still in the band but Stuart is good too.
No wonder that Depeche Mode took them always with them on tour in the US, like 1988 in Pasadena where i was there was a great performance of both , great time great music the 80s+90s best time ever!
what a great time it was... OMD bring me back to my childhood and still listen to its music in 2021! Andy and Paul are the greatest and her sound is timeless!!!
I saw them at a small venue at a small town Ontario Canada on their first tour early Eighties. They had so much dry ice you could barely see them lol. Didn't really know much about them before that but thanks to them I was an instant fan of New Wave that night forever.
OMD performed this concert in the same way like Queen did at Wembley during Live Aid. They 'stole' the concert. Absolutely Stunning...........I knew where I was when I saw this concert. The drummer Malcolm Holmes at the intro of 'Tesla Girls' Goosebumps!!

I saw OMD live at Nachtwerk in Bavaria around Christmas 1991 - they were brilliant live: Paul Humphreys wasn't in the line up at that time but they were still brilliant. Great night!

I have an old tape, recorded from the radio that night. Never seen the video before!

Lived in Rotterdam in 1992 when I was in the U.S Army but hadn't yet discovered OMD.
