I do remember these stats from the Australian Open a few years back. I just don't know how accurate they are. For example its very unlikely Novak is 31.5% (22.73/17.28) faster than Ferrer, that'd be insane. Perhaps many of the players never reached their top speed in the matches in which case these stats are useless. But I do agree he seems to be one of the fastest on tour.
Quickness on the court isn't the same as a 100m sprint, though. Novak isn't slow, of course, but I don't think he's Monfils or De Minaur fast in a 100m sprint.
