More game hunting madness we all needed in our lives. Boxes? Racks? We all love em! Haha thanks Jim!
My pleasure. Thanks for watching!
i relly enjoy your videos they actually got me gaming again keep up the great work
4:15 I spent way more for my NA Sploon3 Pro Controller. Granted, I just bought it brand new for MSRP...even used, you're not gonna find a deal like that over here!
Mafia is one of my favorite PC games. Such detail on a game from 20 years ago.
I eventually played the PS2 version, really enjoyed it.
@@MadPanicGaming I feel the PS2 version was kind of a rushed port but I guess still a great game nonetheless.
Watching from Los Angeles - and Super Mario 3 is going for $26.00 used.
Always get hyped to see a Saturday morning (central time here) MPG video! This is like Saturday morning cartoons for me! Lol
To be compared to Saturday morning cartoons is truly an honor lol
Nice finds!!!
Thanks!
Nice hunt, Jim. I really would buy one of those Famicom and lots of those games in the junk.
Are you nifty with repairs?
Nice find on the Die Hard.
Indeed, an awesome game.
Thanks for another episode! I really enjoy my Steam Deck. Being able to play something like Elden Ring or Diablo 4 portably is really cool.
I personally like the videos of places with lots of boxed 8bit and 16bit games. Loose SNES and NES games go for around $20 in my neck of the woods. Obviously there are a lot of Konami, Capcom, Nintendo titles that go for a quite a bit more. I preordered Retrobits Eliminate Down for Megadrive 2 days ago. Recently bought Ten Made Jack PS1 JP, Oh No PS1 JP, Banjo and Tooie CIB USA N64 and Ghost Hunter PS2 PAL.
I like making them lol, but unfortunately not every store can be Surugaya.
Been catching up on the last month+ of videos. Hope you're well Jim. As always thanks for the awesome content.
We've been doing our best to get out at least three vids a week, you've got plenty to catch up on lol
very cool stuff and some reasonable prices..i too own and love dynamite deka aka die hard arcade in western countries! ^^
Damn fine game.
Most carts in Japan are still much cheaper than the US. You could never get Kirby or Mario games as cheap as you can in Japan.
That's what I usually hear, that a five dollar game here is a twenty or thirty dollar game in the US, more so for RPGs and shooters.
That White PS4 console would have been a purchase for me 🐀
*Yay its HARDOFF-time!* That boxed SEGA Mark III was a really good deal.
Glad to see that you picked up Dynamite Deka. Great Beat em up!
I was surprised to find a boxed Mark III, a rare find indeed, but unfortunately I have no use for one right now.
Most unboxed NES, SNES, Genesis games go for $5-10 around me. GameCube, anything Pokemon and anything by Atlus are going for insane prices. Lately TG16 games are going up in prices.
Where do you usually shop for games? Do you have a retro game store in your area.
You're pretty lucky. It's getting very hard to find loose cart NES and SNES games for reasonable prices. Now, building and FC or SFC collection is really tempting because of the prices and I have always liked the FC controllers a bit better than the NES. The burgundy and gold looks very cool, very 80s.
I paid $25 for a loose copy of Super Mario 3 a few months ago at a retro game swap meet in Southern California.
Is that a good deal? I have no frame of reference for US NES game prices these days.
Nice pick up's
Thanks!
5:45 why does that only have 10 days warranty?
No idea.
I haven't been back to Japan since the pandemic but the prices now are insane. Would you rather have a PS4 Pro or a copy of Pokemon Red?
A PS4 obviously.
How are the stores feeling about filming there?
No one really cares as long as you're discreet about it. Also, it helps if you're actually there to buy something.
@@MadPanicGamingThanks for the reply. That's good to know. I'm going to Tokyo in january
@@Paltenstein I film these with a gopro which is very discreet, but if you just use your phone or something you should be fine. Obviously, if anyone does ask you to stop filming then you stop, but it's not likely to happen.
Playstation Portal for 44,000 yen? Wow 😆😆😆
That didn't take long.
