I wish I would have watched this before I adjusted mine. I did a whole lot of tape measuring. And didn't count the threads. Are you aiming for the same thread count on both sides? When I adjusted mine I ended up not level after I drove it but it was perfect when I left the garage.
Thread count it always higher on drivers side to account for added weight of steering components and drivers weight. Usually 3-4 turns more in my experience
And I got a question if I adjusted this without the engine weight. Will, it'll adjust all correctly?Because I tried this on my f one hundred truck and one side is lower than the other and I just can't seem to get it the level out
People are strange when your transverse... cars look ugly when your in the garage...yes people are strange when your transverse...women look wicked when your transverse.....when your transverse! 😂

I have a 76 Volare Roadrunner with the Petty Street Kit I'm restoring, you mentioned 78 thru 80. I haven't had a look yet but Im guessing same for 76?
I got this front end on a 58 Ford F100 460 big block sitting on it
So lousy lowers and tighty raised it ?
That's correct
How many threads to gain One inch in heigth would be a good estimate ?

it wont give you what you desire unfortunatly. really need that extra 500lbs
So tell me what will happen if you try to adjust it without lifting the front end in its underload
can snap the torsion bars or damage them just like any other torsion bar
Any idea what would cause my gauge cluster not to work
Is it not working across the whole thing or just select gauges?
@@dutchguysgarage across the whole thing nothing is working
