Beast Wars started going downhill after season 1. I dont know what was going on behind the scenes but it was apparent the quality was being lowered. From not turning all the Cybertronians into transmetal forms, offing Terrorsaur/Scorpinok/Tigertron/Airrazor to killing off Dinobot but never having the Maximals alter their battle tactics and approach to war (like i am sorry but if the enemy side kills my comrade...i dont care if you are a jester like Waspinator...you fight for the Preds you are going down) and making Optimal Optimus a complete wimp. Dont get me wrong the show was still entertaining but you could tell something was off with the quality after season 1.
Rampage would be the kind of mother fucker who would kill all the Autobots and Decepticons on the Ark and he wouldn’t care if he destroyed the universe and time itself, it would just mean all the resulting deaths that would come out of that paradox would be most entertaining to him.

They recycled his laugh a lot...
I love the way he speaks though.
"How droll... A rat in a can..!"
I regret everything! My sweet!
Hehe
Struggle as much as you like, I enjoy it! ^^
@OptimusSmyth Thanks! Yep, I'm thinking of doing one for either Terrorsaur or Silverbolt next, but idk guess we'll see who's next ;)
IT IS ONLY FOR ME!
Anyone else get the feeling he was projecting a LOT during Transmutate?
I feel like rampage is what pterosaur and scorponok would've become if they fused
Eh... I'd think they'd actually be some malformed Transmetal Pterodactyl/Scorpion hybrid.
Where ever your spark goes terrorsaur, mine will follow... Mmmangle.
@@fishpop yeah probably
What I never understood was did the old Dinobot revive after Rampage die or did the new Dinobot just regain the old's memories?
In a scrapped episode, Rattrap found the backup Dinobot made of himself in a previous episode. Rattrap would then transfer the backup into Dinobot II in the hopes of reviving Dinobot.
With Rampage’s death, the backup would’ve began to alter Dinobot II to be more similar to the original Dinobot.
@@chaosshadic40 Ah thank you! So Dinobot II is more like a re-creation than a resurrection.
Really cool.
@@lamarckleland5731Given that Dinobot 2 was regaining memories from Code of Hero (which Dinobot would have been unable to back up), it’s likely a mixture of the two.
This time i won't bother with the cage creep-Depth charge
I have no time for you, X!
RIP Campbell Lane
oh and BTW, he voiced the Bentusi. so could Rampage be a closet Bentusi? =/
Apparently comments got turned on
His metal’s pretty *SHINYYYY*
I wish depth charge and rampage had more depth (no pun attended) in there story. I mean let’s say they survived the both of them but there where stranded on earth they both fight and fight and fight until they relies that there stranded . They work together too get off the mud ball. Rampage eats a couple of humans behind depth charge’s back. Depth charge is done with the ship and Rampage finds transmutate and with the power of a random CR chamber lying around put them in it and boom there fixed and all three of them go back to cybertron after the events of beast machines and they live a life of law of and disarray.
He wanted to die, and take everything with him.
Rampage was great villain bit like scoupnoks . They should done scoupnoks twisted like rampage .
Scorponok.
naw. he was good for what he was. only 1 rampage. they had to evolve and his toyline didn't sell well. he was probably the most loyal predacon along with inferno
Who is scoupnoks?
Scorponok was fun enough for season 1. But he was effectively replaced and improved upon in every way by Inferno (who had the better voice, design, weapons, and sycophantic personality).
The cannibal crab
GENIUS
Think you can save the universe fish boy? Don't make me laugh
Hmm, i've never seen some of these shots cos they were edited out in the UK TV broadcast.
Namely the pods being loaded (brilliant but treacherous) at 0:35 and the scuffle atop the cliff at 2:08.
its sad he had to die like that he was so cool
