It's actually much better for sport game to be like this. Have different online players in same team vs other team instead of 1 player control a whole team. I don't know why NBA and NFL aren't doing this. You should be 1 with 10 other players in Madden or 1 player with 4 other players in NBA2k.
Petir is my favourite character in this. He's always goalie, gets kicked, comes back, gets flamed by his team for being a bad goalie, swaps off goalie, scores for his team, and gets the final goal in a game.

When I was a kid we had a goalie have a blood vessel burst in his leg because he grabbed the ball and the other team tried kicking it out of his arms (against the rules but no one called it) and they where kicking him while he curled up on the ground to protect the ball. Bro, this game is so much more fun than FIFA. Best soccer game for me since the FIFA Street series. Just proves that when you focus on making your game fun instead of finding out how to squeeze money out of the player, you end up with an enjoyable product.
I feel like the first half of the video is them having fun, learning the ropes, and then the second half they've actually grasped how it works and start acting like actual soccer fans (AKA: Yelling at each other and the ref whenever something doesn't go their teams way)
