Most massages focus on reliving muscles of tension and knots, thats why you have to stretch them out with force. Sadly it does hurt, but you will feel great after!😊
It’s all personal preference. I’m a big guy and I prefer a really deep massage. It’s not quite as soothing during the massage itself, but I think I get more out of it in the long run.
