When it comes to using lets say the healing brush for touching up skin or photoshopping something out. Will it remember that stuff as well? Will it end up trying to remember to healing brush?
Even a private editor isn't very helpful for someone who hand edits like that too. I'm one of those people. Every image has about 3-6 masks and then I retouch bruises, the beach sand and more.

What catalog do you upload them back to? I can't find that answer?

No it only does local adjustments.
