I have been using Evoto since March. I think it is a brilliant piece of software, especially being able to sync the settings across a group of images. From a workflow perspective, I wish it integrated with LR and PS instead of being a free-standing program. And, I have to remember to quit it when I am finished using it. It keeps my M2 Mini from going into sleep mode when it is left on. I think this is just the start of a new generation of software that will help us be more efficient and creative when retouching and editing our photos.
Yes to all those! The sleep thing affects all computers even PC’s and I’ve passed along the feedback that it needs to have Lightroom and Photoshop integration. Both are a must. I feel like they will come around to developing the plugins eventually!
Yes me too and honestly just from an artist perspective I love the deliverables. My clients seem to love them as well! It’s by far the most popular product we sell!
Thanks for this video, Mike. I have been using Evoto for a few months and love it. I have a situation where the body edit did not pick up a portion of one of the arms which was wrapped around the other subject. Not sure how to use the masking to take care of just that one area. Thanks in advance.
Hey Michael, I have been using it for a few months and I love the ease of use and the results. I use it specifically to help unify photos looks. I love it. There are a few areas I consistently have to adjust in PS afterwards, like bikini lines but overall I love it. Sunglasses seem to cause problems also.
Yeah it’s great! There are still a few little things. Facial hair can be a problem as well but being that it’s only been around for 6-7 months I’m confident we will have more updates to address these things!
Thanks for Mike’s sharing. Mike’s philosophy is actually the same as ours. What we hope is to help photographers increase the chances of customers’ upgrades and provide customers they can cost little to get whole photos retouched and put them into the gallery.
I have been using Evto every since Sal’s video that introduced it. Love it the only thing I wish I could change is like a back button. You can’t erase the last step. Then you have to start all over on your edit. But it’s still faster than if I was to do all those edits. even if I have to start all over.
Hi! Is Evoto software suitable for small businesses that’s selling example makeup tools? Or this is more suitable for portrait photos of people and not so for products? Thank you!
@@MichaelAnthonyphoto Thank You. But I miss the masking of PS as my other apps run as an extension in PS. I like the pricing model so I can use this in addition to,and and not to replace.
Thanks for very well done presentation. I downloaded Evoto, purchased 1200 credits and used the software on a headshot session I just did for a client but as much as this seems like a wonderful app, it also reduces the quality of my original photo/headshots. I'm very disappointed because the Evoto software doesn't appear to offer a remove background option and the finished effect is so grainy it's not a professional look. For example I adjusted a person's skin, removed bags/wrinkles, freckles and stray hair but major parts of the photo, like the ears, person's clothes and my gray backdrop have become very grainy/fuzzy. If I could post a sample of my experience here, I would. I'm really upset with this result.

I’ll have to check this out, thanks for sharing and looks like a very useful tool to have.

Love EVOTO, thanks for sharing tips!
Informative video. Thank you! Do you get charged a credit per exported image or by the image you start to edit prior to export?
GREAT Job on this video!

The app is a scam. I couldn't connect to it. I just made an account and it says in the app that you blocked it. Don't use that! It's a spike!

You could use Cmd-Z to undo an edit!

I am still trying to come around to whats so good about this. I have been using Portrait pro for decades. Cant see how thi is better
Much faster output. Better rendition ability to batch sync edits. More functionality.

Thanks for the demo. What if you have more than one person in the photo?
It works perfectly and even lets you separate by person or by gender, or age.
this is so fantastic, are so amaing
Thanks … is it for Video also?
A face in an interview video for example…
Not at the moment unfortunately but that would be amazing software if this kind of thing could come to video
