There are many lists available. The new Loving Parent Guidebook has an extensive list (but I think sometimes less is more). If you google Cognitive Distortions, you will get many options. Use the list that makes the most sense to you.
It takes a village, and time. You might just need more support: 12 Step fellowship, therapist, medication, diet, exercise, and community. Just know that you're not alone. If you are in the United States and in crisis, please dial 988.
