Blue buff is not mandatory. Phantom dancer second item is very viable, and imo phase rush is the best rune. Nimbus, overgrowth, sudden impact are all fine rubes. Infinity edge is heavy bait. Its only worth using at 75% crit and lvl 13 where the dmg gained through is significant. He gains 2 bullets on crit, and bullets deal 30% more dmg, but their base dmg is lower on power lvls (example lvl 1 is 72 % ad scaling on main pellet, 30% on extra pellet,).
I was playing Graves mid 2 seasons ago with electrocute, the oneshots were stupid, but face a tank and you're a minion

There is no specific content for that but sometimes in one of the video he explaining the macro and micro gameplay
surprised u didn't mention that dashing and using an ability right after on graves when u have no ammo makes the combo smoother and harder to react to

Also you can run iceborne gauntlet on graves. It is amazing for kiting if you are fighting a heavy ad team
