Perfumer Jacques Cavallier (French now perfume director at LVMH), created Afternoon Swim. He also created Tygar with Bulgari and Ombré Nomad, Imagination, collaborated in Acqua di Gio, etc. Legendary perfumer.

He did an awesome job
Crazy enough Tygar smells like Imagination. Except Imagination is done more green and fresh.
I’m in Miami, it’s 80° in January with light humidity. I have soaked sun, it’s a refreshing scent and I get good longevity and projection. I also spray on my clothes so take it for what it’s worth.
Yea it will be that warm here in a few months probably. I cant wait to see how it does.

Thanks for sharing your opinion on these, man! There's too many clones to pick from anymore and theyre hard to sample because people don't decant cheaper fragrances much.

Great review as always ! Don't know if you own both of these but love to see a comparison of Lattafa Vintage Radio versus their newer release Al Nashama .I have heard they are very close with most preferring Vintage Radio but perhaps Al Nashama the longer longevity .

How is the performance of the Luciano’s?
And is the Luciano much better than soaked sun?
The Luciano just got a price bump up and soon tio be de - listed. Looks like LV may have sent a cease and desist. We'll see if the rest of their LV clone line gets affected.
I snapped up two bottles and will let them mature till the warm weather comes. Thank you for all the work you do.

I bought sunset swim and it had lasted 4 hr and I washed dishes and after that it still was on for another 3 hrs.. although just a skin scent.. but so beautiful. I kept getting whiffs of it that was messing with my mind. Think I’m gonna buy another next pay day. I heard LV is upset with the brand…
Nice, yea that’s good that it lasted pretty good on you, I just wasnt the hugest fan of the drydown. Im still debating on if Im going to keep the Luciano one or not as well.

The only one I know of is from Alexandria Fragrances. There may be more though
I know there is one from Montagne Frances called Chilly Pacific . Not that cheap - $45 - but they usually make excellent clones and underrated house .
Alexandria fragrance is good.
Alt has a sale this week for their version it smells nice but the performance is lacking imo. Normally it’s $50 but this week is$29 since it’s their weekly fragrance

@@jamarr911 yeah that is a perfect and cheap fragrance for longevity and sillage it was wonderful for 10+ hours but discontinued :( Unfortunetly

Yea Im not sure about the availability world wide but it is pretty much sold out everywhere here in the US also.
The Asten is anyway….there are a couple places here that still have Soaked Sun Exclusif
