    What happened to 11c? 🤦‍♂ Is it "personal property" or "community property"?

      It depends on what you have. If you have both kinds of property, then you mark both and put the value. If you only have one, just mark one. Note: it's personal or real property.     For section 12, do you include your minor children and the spouse you are divorcing from?

      Yes, if they are living with you. If they are not living with you, only those that are. Your children should be listed even if you do not have them with you full time.
