£721,000 is the conversion, so you are advertising a property without showing the bathroom, kitchen or bedrooms and you expect people to pay almost £1 million pounds?!! With no garden. Not only is the style of the house outdated, but it's just ridiculously overpriced. Who is going to pay almost £1million for that.

Be very realistic as to the price because as someone commented about the paintings and other issues doesn’t give a good price about this property and I very much doubt if anyone will give a price. My sincere advice is give a reasonable price otherwise you are wasting your time advertising this because no one will give a call for any negotiation. That’s my sincere advice.

@@Africa1000 Yeah you probably right.... another property being sold by a local rich deluded mong aimed at gullible westerners.... £120,000 will obtain a nice 4 new 4 bed villa with pool. These rich locals don't give a toss about their own poor countryman. How the hell can locals afford these monstrous tacky villas. The Gambia needs clean strong well built comfortable but basic single rooms for the locals to live in at a price they can afford. Too many ugly western sweat boxes being built by greedy rich big men.
