A "man" who has been a gambling for his whole life getting bailed out of multiple gambling debts by his parents even at the age of almost 40 his parents had to bail him out of a 700k+ gambling debt, and few years later he is selling his picks for 1k a guess. Biggest fraud in the industry. Still hilarious to watch tho.

Everyone is born with a gift, but people who are actually successful will always tell you you have to put in hard work. Whenever I see fake gurus, I see people who are naturally charismatic, able to sell, and know how to connect with people. It really sucks seeing them use these gifts for bad and screwing over thousands of people for money they'll spend in seconds.
His street bookmaker story was kinda true…I hooked him up with ‘Strudel’ because I knew for a fact what a loser VD was. Strudal paid him 30k week one, 30k week 2. Week 3 he lost 60k and cried broke and needed to go to gamblers anonymous. It took him 18 months but finally settled on a figure 25% of what he owed because he wasn’t happy with the way his visits turned out.

A friend of mines whos a sports gambler addict (not really, but he's always gambling) bought one of his MLB sports packages. It was revealed that he gave different people different #'s and diff betting strategies. Come to find out is that his theory is to split his customers into 2 or 3 groups and give each group a different betting strategy. The way that his strategy is set up is that one group will inevitably win and come out ahead. That group will think that he is a gambling guru and continue the program. The other group he might be able to convince of some unseen, unplannable/unforeseeable event that caused their bet to lose, in the meam time the winning group is sharing on social media and telling their friends that they won with Vegas Dave. Rinse and repeat.
Hi Spencer I've come up with a new strategy to deal with those scam adds that keep popping up on RUclips. Now every time I get some guru trying to sell a marketing scheme, property training, currency trading, crypto or whatever I just click on their link then close it down. That way they get charged for annoying me. If everyone did the same thing it would cost the scammers a fortune :-)
Any thoughts on buying some of these scammer picks and seeing the results then reporting on the loss ratio? Don’t want to financially support these guys but it would be concrete evidence, plus the cost of picks could be a business deduction for content creation as you are not betting.

He also claimed he was hacked and the hackers used his bitcoin address but somehow the money went to them. You need to look at his explanation of the hacking and see if you can make heads or tails of it.

Usually is at 95%, which means every 100 you stake you get back 95 on average. Casinos have to always display the slots RTP, so if you search online you can basically find the RTP of every slot. There are people though who make their total wager in the slot positive EV by exploiting an offer. For example the offer says wager 100 and get 20 free spins of 1 dollar each. So you expect to lose 5 from wagering the 100 (you get back 95) but expect a return of 19 from the 20 free spins (95% of 20) so overall you are -5+19=+14.

I do very small bets on nba, and only bets on lines that have a discrepancy large enough with the betting exchange. That's called a value bet, you don't always win, just like poker, but picking the +EV lines you will be able to realize your equity down the line. I also comb through a lot of stats before the games even start, injury reports, knowing bench players, hot teams. I've also been playing basketball since I was 5..still this is not a get rich scheme. I think the best thing to do is just to do matched betting, where you know you lock in your profit no matter what.

@@SpencerCornelia of course there is no way you can have a positive EV bet on slots. Slots are programmed in a way that they always have an RTP ratio (return to player) of lower than 100%. Usually is at 95%, which means every 100 you stake you get back 95 on average. Casinos have to always display the slots RTP, so if you search online you can basically find the RTP of every slot. There are people though who make their total wager in the slot positive EV by exploiting an offer. For example the offer says wager 100 and get 20 free spins of 1 dollar each. So you expect to lose 5 from wagering the 100 (you get back 95) but expect a return of 19 from the 20 free spins (95% of 20) so overall you are -5+19=+14.

I do very small bets on nba, and only bets on lines that have a discrepancy large enough with the betting exchange. That's called a value bet, you don't always win, just like poker, but picking the +EV lines you will be able to realize your equity down the line. I also comb through a lot of stats before the games even start, injury reports, knowing bench players, hot teams. I've also been playing basketball since I was 5..still this is not a get rich scheme. I think the best thing to do is just to do matched betting, where you know you lock in your profit no matter what.

I have a day job and moonlight as an AP in blackjack for 25 years. I remember those days I was so desperate to win I would believe anything/anybody. To those people - reach in deep to your soul, find the power to stand up tall. There is no free lunch. Either work a job OR spend 10,000 hours to become an AP.
