The band is Dethklock and yeah they're from the show Metalocalypse. The show is about the band and they released 3 actual albums all composed and mostly performed by one guy Brendon Small, the inventor of the show.
The red helmet guy is Jason Todd aka The Red Hood (the second canonical Robin that was killed by the joker then brought back and attempts to kill villains rather than arrest them)

The record company that owns his music has been very aggressive lately by blocking people’s videos. Idk how they decide but I did 4 reactions to some of Juice WRLDs new music and they all got blocked. Smh.
