I got into Stray Kids a couple of days ago and nearly immediately I was like, I ship Felix and Hyunjin because their close friendship was so endearing and adorable. Plus Felix looks like he was in pure bliss each time he hugged Hyunjin or just around him in general. I can’t wait for Hyunjin to come back, so he can be around Felix again

personally, i think the affection thing depends and either goes completely one way or the other. generally speaking, if highschool boys in korea acted that way, they may or may not consider it "weird" (but the arm around shoulder thing is an exception). however, with kpop, i think they're more touchy feely as a form of fanservice, though not overdone in order for people not to suspect anything, which is why the person behind this channel notes things such as jumpcuts and the members (likely) looking at the staff.
anyway, i think everyone is free to ship whoever they want as long as they don't objectify the members. i try not to ship real life people because it makes me feel like i'm overstepping their boundaries, but these analyses have me convinced. (but i'm also just a naive, easily influenced and highly impressionable teen, so there's that.)
