There is never a doubt in my mind that Hyunjin loves Felix. Even the thoughtfulness of that gift he gave Felix for his birthday. Hyunjin isn't like this with the others, no hate to the other ships, but it's true. Hyunjin is all about Felix.
Trueeee I can’t explain it, it’s like he treats the other members as friends/brothers, but with Felix it’s different, I can’t help but think like a crush/boyfriend. Just look at the difference between the captions for Felix bday post on Instagram and all the others. Also, the fact that so far Felix is the first and only one who got a painting from Hyunjin from his birthday, depicting the two of them holding the flower together. That’s one of the most thoughtful and sweetest thing I’ve ever seen lol

@@imch2206 I'm definitely not trying to bash any ships, but to me Changlix always seems so fanservicey. Almost pushed by jyp. I love both of those boys, and I think there is no harm in enjoying that friendship/relationship but to me it just always feels like it was marketed. I don't get the same tensions and vibes that I do whenever we see a Hyunlix interaction. Especially the interactions that they think we don't see. All I know is that Hyunjin is a dominant personality, and whoever he falls in love with will be very protected and cared for. He comes across as someone who doesn't play games with the heart. He would be honest and upfront and expect the same in return. Just my impression.

I get the sense Hyunjin doesn’t make friends easily and that maybe he sees Felix as his most important friend, but Felix is so outgoing that he worries maybe he isn't as high on Felix's list. Being an introvert that realized my friends didn't love me as deeply as I did them on multiple occasions, I resonate with that. It's really hard to shake that insecurity.

Hyunjin loves Felix because Felix is one of the people that make him the happiest and seeing him with the other members interacting a lot is heartbreaking for Hyunjin
Well, recently during their quarantine, Hyunjin was doing a voice only V-live and he was pretending to do give aways and people were saying, "Give me Bang Chan", "Give me Han", and he said "Take them" in regards to every single one of the guys EXCEPT for I.N. and Felix. He said no one could have them and then something to the effect that Felix needed taken care of. Hyunjin is more of a loner and likes his solitude and privacy, while Felix is more of a social creature. He likes being around others and he craves love and affection. I think there are reasons for this and I have my own thoughts about Felix and his life prior to going to Korea. Hyunjin has blatantly stated that he is obsessive about love and that he always wants to be loved. That the person he loves should only want him. That kind of desire can sometimes skew into an unhealthy direction. I feel he has a bit of a dark side, and that comes out with his possessiveness about Felix. And if you notice that when Felix sees Hyunjin is looking pissed, he immediately looks apologetic and even nervous at times. Hyunjin very much acts like a dominant and he wants what he wants. Felix just happily goes about his way, simply enjoying others and loving on everyone. If a deeper relationship truly exists, their personalities are always going to clash in this area.
@@ezy4859 While I obviously don't know any of them personally, I notice details and behavior markers at times. Felix always talks about healing, and when he refers to his earlier life in Australia it is always done with an undercurrent of great sadness. My personal opinion is that there is some kind of trauma in his past. I think he greatly misses his family, but not necessarily other aspects of living back there. Something happened to him.

I have to add this: Felix is the same way when people get close to Hyunjin. I've noticed more that twice that when other members get a little to close to Hyunjin, Felix definitely shows he's jealous. I saw in the other comments that there was a time when Hyunjin and one of the other members looked like they where about to kiss and Felix showed clear jealously. I also remember there was a time the staff told Felix to take his hand off Hyunjin's shoulder and Felix looked ready to kill.

They both show their jealous moments and I also think they both get petty with each other. If one of them is being touchy feely with another member, the other one will then deliberately start doing the same thing with one of the others. Like they're sayin "Oh yeah, two can play this game." I think they're both possessive, but Felix is the bigger flirt. That's his personality.

As an outsider I do genuinely think they have a brotherly bond. And I think they do get jealous when the other is ignoring them sometimes.
Hyunjjn is shy and introverted and has formed a close bond and trust with Felix. I think Felix is like Hyunjin’s safe/comfort person when he’s in situations (especially social situations) and is feeling introverted or uncomfortable so when he wants attention and support and Felix is too occupied with others he gets jealous.
Felix is extroverted and social so likes skinship and attention but I think he knows that Hyunjjn isn’t touchy-feely or affectionate with many people so when he sees him being close to others, like he is with him he gets jealous.
I personally don’t think it’s romantic (and it’s sad that Felix has had to say that some of the shorts edited by fans made him uncomfortable) but I do think they have a brotherly soul mate connection where they lean on eachother and bring out the best in eachother.
We could also be reading too much into all of this as we only see snippets

@@Eddieeed I’ve seen multiple shorts of it, or of him looking uncomfortable on lives when people bring it up. At the end of the day it’s assuming these guys sexualities when they haven’t even announced if they’re straight, gay or bi. Plus after people started rumours, people said they started being separated on lives and blogs to avoid speculation. I think it’s just nice to see their close friendship and if they choose to be friends or anything more, they’ll do it behind closed doors in their own time.

It might be the best title to describe the situation. Hyunjin seems more involved emotionally than Felix is and often looks sad or lonely, which pains me. He is such a beautiful and immensely talented man that I'd want his feelings returned but love being love, you cannot impose or expect reciprocity.

I don't think they realize it, buy their actually showing behaviors of a couple in a relationship. That look from Hyunjin, that's not not the kind of look that friends do. Everything about his body language indicates how much he's attached to Felix, whether he cares to admit it or not.
I think it’s fine to ship , but it’s important to define what “too far” is exactly. Shipping is supposed to be about thinking two people look cute together. That’s it. If that’s all you are doing, then, yes, it’s fine. Getting excited over their interactions together is also fine. Creating some innocent fan art (non-sexual in nature) is also fine and a great way of expressing your excitement
However, assuming the members are actually dating each other and creating narratives in order to prove this is overstepping. Spamming ship names in places where the members may see it to pressure them into interacting is inappropriate. Arguing with other ships because they aren’t the ship you agree with is wrong and hypocritical. Hypersexualizing the members interactions is also disturbing. Anything sexual in general may make the members feel uncomfortable and is best to avoid even without shipping being involved.

@@softeuph3974 Old comment but I have a thought that sometimes I don't even think Hyunjin is aware that he does this. Looking at pre-debut Hyunlix, they were always extremely clingy with each other. So as time passes and you're used to this one person being around you a lot, and they get closer to other people (not even necessarily in a romantic way) you unconsciously want to put yourself between them just to stay in the picture. I mean I have seen videos of Hyunjin physically putting himself between Felix and other members for no real reason. He has also said Felix needs taking care of. I really think he is so used to having taken care of Felix when he was new to Korea that he still acts this way.
I don't think it's to the point that he never wants Felix interacting with other members ever, obviously, but I do notice some sense of possessiveness with Felix even today. In a recent Teen Vogue interview, Jeongin tries to put his arm around Felix, but Hyunjin does it first and Jeongin doesn't even touch Felix at all. So I definitely do get a sense that the other members, to some degree, are less touchy with Felix than they otherwise would be because of Hyunjin. I'm not trying to make it seem like it's bad intentions at all, even Hyunjin has admitted that he can be obsessive about a person, I just think the other members are aware that he can be like that sometimes.

I don’t like shipping, Felix is very close, & touchy with everyone🤔. They definitely have a strong bond, & kinship. But there’s definitely something about Hyunjins actions & looks, when it comes to Felix. That even I can’t ignore. He is somewhat possessive of Felix, but friends can also be that way. Wether they are or aren’t, their fans should respect their personal decisions & way of living. I’ve seen so many hateful comments, directed at idols that are presumed to be “gay”. People can be so horrible😪
this is the best comment, friend also can be that way (posessive and glued when they together, or jeolousy) too esp for hyunjin because he’s only child in family. so he’s easily clingy to someone who is comfortable for him.
