Hi I have a plot of size 35X35 ft. South facing. Want to design a house. My requirement is, in the ground floor a big parking with staircase a lift area in the north west direction, two rooms towards south-west with a small garden, a waterfall in the north east entry to the house from South east with the guardroom in the South east corner. This is about ground floor. In the first floor, enter the house in the north side with hall in the north east corner, Kitchen in the South east corner, along with the dining and the storeroom, a small balcony towards South master bedroom in the south-west du staircase approaching the second floor along with the staircase and a lift, which is from ground floor Till the fourth floor. Now coming to THE, second floor three master bedrooms with attach toilet bathrooms, a small living area small balcony towards South. Now coming to the third floor, a gym room in the south-west corner along with some garden in the north corner and open space with good sitting at the terrace. Now coming to the evaluation of the building, it should be in Roman structure, design, good ventilation, and proper design as per Vastu Shastra . Please help me in the design and the elevation and also please let me know the fee structure for designing this project.
