This is a perfect 10 album. I can't find a weak track. It deserves its hype. Look forward to this! I remember when it came out, a Walkman and a long walk right after I bought it. It was an instant love and that hasn't changed. Yay! The progression from Pablo Honey to this is well, a marked one.

Amazing album that was a real game changer when it was released and it certainly has influenced so many other artists. For me The Bends is my favourite Radiohead album though. It was the album that made me adore Radiohead, after I went to see them on tour promoting the album in March 1995. I was completely blown away by their music and how great they are live. I saw them on their OK Computer tour too in 1997 but the 1995 Bends gig will always be my favourite, probably my favourite concert by any band ever!!!!! Radiohead are an incredible band, so innovative. Glad you're discovering this masterpiece. Please check out their The Bends album too, though. To me there isn't a single bad song on it. It's genius from beginning to end. :)

They are one of the most critically acclaimed bands since the Beatles and they remind me of the Beatles in a lot of ways but they are under represented on a lot of these reaction channels. Just try to remember that like the Beatles they have some radical changes in their sound from album to album but I really envy you if you havent heard their music sometimes it takes multiple listens to really get what they are trying to do but they are really great when it starts to finally click enjoy them I think you will.

I will be interested to view your reaction to the whole album. For me, OK Computer has got to be the most overrated album of all time. I can at least understand why people like The Bends and Kid A, but the praise that OK Computer receives is just baffling to me.

Honestly, Radiohead's "The Bends" is a better album then Ok Computer.
There are good songs on OK Computer, but I was disappointed in the album because I loved "The Bends" soo much (which was their previous album).

Despite all the unnecessary slating of Radiohead, i would still like to thank the stranger who gave me a thumbs up! In the words of Marillion 'Thankyou Whoever You Are'.

@@Katehowe3010 it’s not unnecessary: people like to express themselves. Just as you did, rather insistently and more than once. That’s okay, all you have to do is talk talk.
