Many thanks! How can one colour different bones with different colours? For 3D printing. And also how to separate different bones? Ie femoral head from pelvis?

Separating bone geometry and adding different colour materials could be done by importing the output mesh into Blender or another 3D editor.

You could help many doctors with their enquiries on 3D softwares and file conversions.

I'd be happy to - hopefully this video is a good start :)

Thomas Flynn, you will find many doctors asking questions like how to convert CT or MRT to DICOM. In RUclips, if you type Blender and DICOM together, you will find some doctors making tutorials, some of which are mediocre. Under videos, you'll see tons of comments by doctors who have too great difficulties in learning Blender, Meshmixer, etc. They all want to know how to use those softwares for 3D stem cell printing. That is where medical artists could help doctors learn softwares.

thanks for the tip! I will do some investigating - it feels like there is a lot of potential to help regular people engage with medical research / school students engage with science here...

Very good video, thanks for the video! I tried to copy what you did but my results were not as good as yours. Maybe the resolution is too low. I sent you a private email.
