Naan Katai/Indian Shortbread/Easy Naan Katai/Gawa's kitchen

Tried and Tested by Gawa's kitchen
Ingredients
125g butter/margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1+1/2 tablespoons semolina
2 cups Cake flour
ps do not add anymore flour
Almonds
milk
bake 180 degrees 10 minutes once it cracks
reduce heat 160 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden
