Den besten Zwiebelrostbraten gibt es auf der Schwäbischen Alb an der Lamm. Das gesamte Restaurant ist so traditionell wie es nur geht und über 100 Jahre alt.

For traditional Swabian dishes: Stuttgarter Stäffele am Feuersee - Buschlestrasse 2a/b
Street Food: Swabian Brezel from Brezelkörble In the pedestrian zone (Königsstr.)
Maultaschen: Rolands Maultaschen in Stuttgart Vaihingen
Besenwirtschaft or swabian called Bese: Traditional small pubs run by winegrowers who offer their own wine and small Swabian dishes.
There are Besenwirtschaften everywhere in Stuttgart and the surrounding area

@@cooking-the-world Okay, but then a raviolo is a dumpling, too. Or a canellono. Or a tortillono. Or even a pizza calzone. And? Are they?

Oxford dictionary explains it very well. If you are not sure please check there. Those are language experts.
