"They're using SHIT cheese!" Omg, you are the best, I love you!

Lol
Always love watching people so passionate about food and cooking in general. Puts a smile on my face. I also love to cook for my family. Always give me joy when they like what ive prepared for them.
I love the way you speak.

that "forget about it!" the best part!
I love this video... I watch this atleast once a year. God bless her. She us the sweetest thing ever!!!! Lol
Love this dish. I love all your dishes & Frankie too. Saturday's are great. You show everyone great food & that's all you have to do is sit back & watch Mother Angelica @ 7pm. I think Mother Angelica would even chuckle at your video's (I think). Love ya!
My husband chanced upon this video a few years ago. I had never heard of manicotti before, but we tried it because it sounded good and was something different. It's wonderful! I love making this dish. I've learned so much from your videos. My mom passed away before I got married, otherwise I hope she'd have taught me things like this. I hope you know how much your videos are appreciated.
Thank you for this video!! Just know all these years later it is still being watched. My husband passed in June and it was one of his favorite meals I made. It’s requested amongst my family at many gatherings! It is soooo good! And a good reason to get misty-eyed ♥️
I'm making this for my mom's 75th birthday on Sunday. Thank you! I love that you are so authentic in your videos. Thank you!
Just found you, Diana. As a former (born and bred NYC born guy) it's a pleasure to hear your voice and accent (they laugh at me out here whenever I say "Fuggoutaboutit". LOL
You're tops on my list right now!
Bob (born in Manhatten, grew up in Queens and Long Island)_
Made this for dinner just now. Can I tell you that my husband wasn't feeling good today. While eating dinner he said that the manicotti warmed his soul. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us! Love, love, love your sense of humor and spirit.
I don't know what I liked best, your humorous attitude, or the food. It was laugh and drool all the way to the end for me.
There was a tiny Mom n Pop Italian joint in my tiny town of 500 people in Upstate NY that used to have a baked manicotti just like this. Seeing this dish reminds me of being a little kid around the table with my folks so many years ago in Smalltown, USA.
I have been making this for my family for years after watching your video. Absolutely love this dish! Thank you ❤
Made me cried. Great recipe. I was looking for a great one because i remember my grandmother making this and i loved it but she passed away and i could never get her recipe but it looks very similar. Thank you so much for sharing. May the Lord bless you
This week I made a great family dinner, Manicotti! And easier to make than you think!
***** I made this tonight.... It was fricken delicious! It was gone before I could take a picture! Thank you.
I think I love you. don't tell my wife.

Are you from Staten Island?
New York and New Jersey Italians are the best. We are going to try this tomorrow for dinner.
For all that is Holy I made this today after stumbling upon you yesterday and we here all want to say THANK YOU !!! it was that bomb :) 100 thumbs up
Wow,I didn't know that I didn't have to cook the manicottis.Your right,it's frikin easy and delish. You gotta love a woman who cries over her manicotti.Diana, you're da bomb!
I actually blew on the video so you wouldn't burn your mouth!! How interactive can you get? Smell-i-vision can't be far off. I made the recipe for my daughter's family - the silence was deafening, no one was speaking while eating. You are awesome!
Talked my wife into making this for dinner last night. WAS AWESOME!!! Thanks!
@5:53... Did she say ''After this videos, I'm gonna go fuck''? HAHAHHA
lol...yea...haha...I'm in stitches....lol..nice catch..
However this lady makes cooking easy and delicious. ..ty
+TheDebbyG errrrr.
I believe she did. Well why not.
I'm so glad I re watched this vid when Frankie said there's a "kinda" hush...that song was number one when I was a kid. We listened to that 45 non-stop!!
I finally got a chance to make this baked Manicotti last night, and it was fantastic! Thank you for the recipe and of course the entertaining video. Love your channel so much!
Thank you Arthur....so happy you enjoyed it xoxox
@@DianaDeLaFuente You should do these Italian & American recipes in Food Network! #delish 😍😍😍
Thank you sooooo much. Nothing but praise and complements
You are AWESOME
I just moved from Jersey to Utah a year ago if you ever watched Goodfellas where at the end he says you order spaghetti out here you get ketchup and noddles Its TRUE
I made your Manicotti with my gravy and everyone was amazed.
Thank you
So glad you liked it ..... Stopped at Utah on my way home from Montana once, it's so beautiful there
You would think that if the cook uses the words SH*t and A****ole during a cooking lesson, then you would have been sick and turned away, to say the least, but for some reason, Diana got away with it with her New York charm and smile. Thank you Diana for sharing. Excellent video...
I am making this because of you. I always thought it to be difficult. You have proven me wrong. For hardcore Latin recipes, I go to another RUclips lady. For any FAST, EASY Italian deliciousness, I come to you. I know that I will find it here. 🍝 Your explanations are clear and hip. Your interactions with your husband on tape as you cook make me chuckle. Love it! 😃👍
Thanks Clemente!
I made this tonight! ...and I made it with your canned tomatoes marinara recipe! it's WONDERFUL!
This looks fantastic Diana! Great job! I have to give this a try.
Diana big fan of baked Italian dishes. Your recipe for Baked Manicotti looked both authentic and professionally prepared. I love Italian food I am a new subscriber, and I hope to see more of which are capable of cooking. Thanks for the post!
Diana, this is wonderful! I so understand what your saying. There is no better pleasure for me to see my family sitting around my kitchen table so busy eating and enjoying that no one says a word. Making a great meal from scratch is a labor of love but not necessarily hard, it just takes some planning. Have a great day.
I am an italian and give you a 10 you have made a great dish thank you love your sense of humor and so sincere. Love the f word in your delivery speech
I made this for my husband last night, absolutely amazing is what he said over and over and over to me. I loved it too!!! So much leftover that I'm sending it to share with his co-workers for lunch. Thankyou for showing me how to make this, I look forward to watching all your videos as you make me feel so comfortable in my cooking!
I absolutely love manicotti but have never made it. This video by far is the best one I've found. Looks perfect
We have been making your Manicotti’s for years now and you are like a holiday tradition! We love your style!! Keep them coming ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for uploading this video clip looks awesome from a fellow NYC all over and Brooklyn before moving to Florida. And again thanks actually I'm making this for one of my neighbor, for his birthday. 😊👍
First time here , always had trouble fighting with my 9 minute cooked floppy shells , never knew I could use uncooked . It looks so much easier to fill them ,Thank you ! I will be back for more .
Love her accent! Love her style of cooking and her passion!!!
YES! The silence at the table....I have no words😊
OMG! You make me miss NY and Italian food. Even though I'm from upstate..I now live in Tampa Bay and so miss the food. Can not for the life of me find good Italian here. I cook it and everyone comes running like it's something new and it's gone! No matter how big of pots I cook. Thanks so much for sharing and I am a subscribed! Love your down to earth!!! Here they think I'm rude. Lol.
I agree with you on how food brings people together and I also get emotional thinking about having dinner with my family. I miss that ever since both my parents passed it's never been the same. I really enjoy your videos and always check in on Saturdays to see what delicious meal you will be sharing with us.
Sorry about your parents sweetie .... Maybe you can be the one that brings the family back together and honor them xox
***** Thank you, I will definitely keep the tradition alive. Thank you for the add on Facebook by the way :-).
Another WINNING recipe! Diana you're an angel. I never made manicotti in my life, and (long story) I had a Christmas party yesterday where some were expecting a vegetarian manicotti. I was supposed to do the lasagna, my husband the manicotti. Suddenly I had to do both and it was a hit! Everybody loved it, took some home and wouldn't shut up about how great it was, lol. Thanks for all that you do, and tomorrow we'll be making the stuffed mushrooms with the leftover filling. Merry Chistmas and Happy New year to you!
And I thought I knew how to cook. Your lively session had me in tears (too) about cooking up the right things, pretty easy, with love for family and friends. Thank you very much for this all the way from New York. Now, I wish I'd married just for a chick that can really cook comfortably in a kitchen as you have shown us. I look forward to seeing any more from you possible, as I do learn some things here and there. Note: (Yes, it's uncomfortable when you say the commercial kitchens can substitute for good, but having worked in some find ones, I found they do skimp, but, maybe only because some can't taste anyway.)
Again, thanks very much Diana!
I already took a screenshot of the things I will be needing since I'm making this tonite for sure. I love it and it looks delicious!!! I'm so excited! !!!
my Nona made that and every Sunday we would go eat at her house I miss her so much thank you for sharing this you remind me of her thanks again
You're welcome sweetie....and thanks for watching. I really appreciate it xoxox
Love your presentation, you are so real! When I cook Italian food and remember my mother giving me little things to do to help her... I get emotional too.thanks for sharing the video.

LOVE this recipe. So easy to make. Also I switched my normal sauce that I make for all my pasta for your recipe. It's so delicious and my family loves it. Thank you!
Made something almost similar and I know the silence thing. Gabe cleared his plate in 2 seconds! Also, he listens when i watch you and he was making the most hilarious comments, he especially likes it when you swear! You are feisty Diana, and if we ever make it down to NJ I am buying you a drink!
I just made this for the third time and love it! This time I added Italian sausage with the spinach.. YUMMMM! I made it a couple nights ago but had enough left over stuffing to make another one today :D thx Diana!

Dana, I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! You make me laugh and your recipes make my family smile. Thank you for the whole hearted, wonderful entertainment! 💜
Just found your channel ...love your recipes and you are a riot ...love watching you cook and the phrases you said are so funny
"I got misty eyed thinking of my family, just fucking sitting there.." I freakin love you lol.
I like that the pasta is filled dry, that way it soaks up moisture from the sauce, making the pasta tastier and the sauce thicker and richer. Yum, I made this some months ago and I have a batch in a casserole dish bubbling in the oven at this moment, yum. Thou shall not covet, you jealous, dirty dogs, you have to make your own :)
I have always pre-cooked my manicotti shells but I like your method better. Looks so good!
what do you think is better. pre cooked or not
This lady's a trip. Great recipe.
Thank you so much for this recipe
Thank you for the delicious recipe ❤️
I made this recipe today...the only difference was that I made my sauce with my home grown roma /plum tomatoes & my homegrown basil........it was freakin delicious......the raw pasta cooked perfectly....my family loved, loved it....thank you...I love you!!!!
