How To Test C945 Transistor

The C945 transistor is a general purpose NPN transistor that can be found in a wide range of commercial & educational electronic circuits. It comes in TO-93 package, and the maximum load this transistor can drive is roughly 150mA. which is sufficient to power several devices in a circuit, such as LEDs, relays, ICs, transistors, and other components. The transistor's saturation value is merely 0.3V, which is another positive characteristic of this transistor. In addition, the transistor is a low-noise device with an excellent DC gain ( hFE) of 70 to 700.
