    Thank you my brother Pastor! I am a clinical social worker and addictions therapist. I have observed what you speak about here as it relates to seeing trauma-effected people within our church. It is in the leadership as well as the pews. Sadly, it, the painful trauma of the past, is camouflaged by what is perceived as being a "good" Adventist. I could go on but I praise God that you are addressing this reality.

    If you would like to see a video answer for that Question, please like so that Brother Lemon may see the comment.
    I would like to know how to find the right balance between “being and finding a whole person” and “understanding that one of the purpose of marriage is sanctification”.
    Hopefully my point went across. But, in a clearer language “how do I avoid looking for the perfect person (since marriage is supposed to be perfecting us) and avoid getting someone who is not whole (on the other spectrum) at the same time?”

    Thank God for this message. Jesus is coming soon, truth is coming out. Is there anyone who can link up to good sermons that actually address how to deal with the childhood trauma together with God, by the guidance of His Word and SOP, practically? I mean some sort of guide/counsel to give aid in situations when they appear and one is asking the question brother here repeats a few times; “why do I these things? Where does this come from” and then the following question: “how do I deal with this and overcome this so I don’t keep repeating it?”
    What are the ideas we can give people and ourselves when we go through this?

    I Love pastor Andrew Henriques. Watch him on" Prophecy Again TV " on RUclips everyday,, has a awesome program keeping up with relevant current events. And now you don't talk to him because he doesn't interpret scripture as you see it? Is that loving your neighbor as yourself? Jesus says " do this and thou shalt live!" Luke 10:28 Maybe try coming to him, have compassion on him, take care of him, not put him down. Just saying

    Andrew henriques has challenged anyone to show or prove in any of his hundred of sermons if he has told anybody to leave the church,unless it is in apostasy.He would have preach on the "abomination that make dessolate " but never with the application you shared. You give the impression you respect andrew,but you use a deceptive,low blow to undermine him similar to what David house does,while acting innocent,yet trying to undermine the brother.l learn alot from you,i love you,but that is gossip.

    • @jkkjlemon
      @jkkjlemon 2 года назад

      A true testimony is never gossip when done in the manner I have done it. It’s no different that Jesus with the Pharisees in John 9 & 10, or the parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus in Luke 15.
      It was a combination of being intentional in pointing out a group (in my case individual) without overtly exposing him before the time.
      It was a testimony of an experience making a point.
      I never said “Henriques”. I just said “Andrew”. I have LOTS of NON SDA’s and SDA’s who have no idea who Henriques is before or after the message. Only those who know him and follow him will know what I’m talking about.
      Secondly, Andrew is extremely divisive and anyone who’s honest can see that.
      He doesn’t merely divide sin from sinners, he divided Gods church with assumptions, false accusations (like what he said about Taj Pacleb, Jeremiah Davis, Ted Wilson and more), and bringing up truthful experiences within our church that we are specifically counseled to not bring before the “world”, in his case World Wide Web.
      There’s some things he says that’s truth, plain truth, but that doesn’t negate the fact that he has practiced the 7th abomination of Proverbs 6:16-*19*.
      As I’ve said, I knew him before his conversion and after. Andrew’s methodology of ministry has damaged untold young adults minds. It’s an unbalanced gospel and quite dangerous.
      Please be careful what you defend if you don’t know the whole story. Not trying to insult you, but a lot of people are impressed with the wrong things when it comes to him and are strangely blinded by the errors and sins he’s committing through his method of ministry.
      Pray the Brother,

    • @pthministries444

      Sister, if anyone should be accused of "low blows" it is the minister whom you defend. Here's a question for you, ask him why he left the church he was a part of in Florida. I know the story. Do you? It wasn't in apostasy. So many have followed his example and the imbalances has done much damage to the organized body of SDA's that was unmerited.

  • @wonderfullymade5148

    This is a heavy claim you have made. I have never heard Pastor Andrew saying that anyone should leave the "Church of the Living God" which is the "pillar and ground of truth" according to 1 Tim 3:15. I hope that you are not the one who is making the wrong interpretation and application.

    • @jkkjlemon

      @@jkkjlemon "He MAY teach something different today."
      Seems as if you are uncertain of what he teaches today. However, the statements in the messages gives the idea that Pastor Andrew teaches that persons should leave the Church of God, the pillar and ground of truth at the present. You should have stated in the message that he said that in time past however, you are UNCERTAIN if he still holds to such views at present. Let the trumpet give a crystal clear sound.

      The most challenging part of what you’re saying is you should go to Andrew with the same issue you come to me. He said many things about brethren without understanding the story or the “why” they did what they did and accused them. This is devilish. Yet I have an eery feeling you never sent him a message like what you’re sharing with me, Am I right?

    You are completely missing the adverse effects feminism has had on relationships

      What makes you say this?

    • @brettpherson7182
      @brettpherson7182 3 месяца назад

      @@DwayneLemon-xz8td because you are completely missing what feminism has done to men. No mention of it whatsoever. Sure, plenty of problems with men and their unresolved issues, but not a single reference to how we as men have so adversely been affected by feminism and the way men are treated in society as a whole. Much of their anger, not all, has a direct correlation between how women with their entitled abusive behavior effects men, whether as a father who has little or no rights in the legal system or just a man destroyed because so many women have been favored and elevated in society. It’s a disaster for women, men, couples, children, families and society as a whole and definitely is not how God design the relationship to be between women and men.
      Seems like you OVER emphasize males as being the problem. Like I said before, yes men have work to do and that’s definitely an important factor, but to overlook the negative impact feminism has had on men and how society expects men to be better while women get a pass on how their selfish behavior has all but destroyed the family unit is truly neglectful and unfortunate. Men’s voices have been all but silenced and this presentation, though overall well done, is deafening with the absence of truth about the abuse perpetrated by women.

    • @pthministries444
      @pthministries444 3 месяца назад

      @@brettpherson7182 I do not believe that men (especially in the context of husbands) have the same level of accountability as women in all matters. I get this from Genesis 3:9 and God specifically calling Adam first and holding him accountable before Eve. However, I firmly believe that women can and do wrong and should receive their just judgment for it. I have other messages where I hold women accountable for many things they do that affects the home. Nevertheless, I'm getting the feeling you may have been a victim to the ideologies of feminism and if so, I just want you to know I'm sorry that you've been a victim to this and encourage you to take appropriate steps to accountability Matthew 18:15-18 and or the law if necessary Romans 13:4. Lastly, remember Romans 12:19. All people, male and female will be held accountable by God. God bless

    • @brettpherson7182
      @brettpherson7182 3 месяца назад

      I agree and the Bible is clear that as a man and the head of the family we are held to a higher standard of accountability, but that is not what I’m saying or even talking about when it comes to my point. Additionally, I’m not talking about women in the context of whether God will hold them accountable for their shortcomings or not. This is about the complete lack of balance in your presentation. As a man I completely agree with my responsibility that God holds husbands and fathers a to higher standard in our relationships. The problem again is that your presentation was so lopsided towards men’s anger and abuse with very little effort given to pointing out how today’s society has so adversely been affected by women’s anger and abuse, with their power being supported by the feminist movement. I never said your presentation was incorrect to point out men’s issues, but at the beginning of presentation you referred to the presentation as a basis of the rest of the series and the focus was on each individual’s responsibilities. That should have been far more inclusive in my opinion, rather than simply ignoring the elephant in the room. I understand the majority of those who leave comments and the membership of the church as a whole is dominated by women, but the question should then be why is that?!? Could it be that men are just worn out with the constant attacks?
      Man bashing is very common in today’s world and it seems as if you could at least be balanced in your presentation when talking about responsibilities and being accountable. But as I stated originally, you completely ignore how feminism has affected relationships and over emphasized men’s shortcomings. I believe women watching the presentation will only feel more empowered by the fact a well respected pastor is calling out men, and rightly so, but giving women an apparent pass at the same time. Maybe you have touched on women’s issues and responsibilities in other presentations, which is wonderful! But for the most that would not matter when viewing this sermon since that balance is completely absent. Bottom line, your presentation lacked a fairness when it came to discussing anger and abuse from the individual and I’m was simply trying to point it out to you. And yes, I have been affected by feminism just as all individuals have been impacted by the satanic scheme that twists the system God created.
