Thanks for the vid. My problem is the lower zone temp won't change. The buttons work because when I press them together it changes from F to C but individually it won't change the temp up or down. the top zone temp changes. Any suggestions?

I just bought a new wine fridge but the temperature control key for the Top Zone doesn’t go down to the temperature that I want it to be. It just goes down to 14 degrees celsius and that’s it when it says in the manual it should be able to go down to 5 degrees celsius. What is the problem with my wine fridge? Thank you.

I've seen in tech manuals for fridges that a colder freezer will necessarily suck away cooler air from the refrigerator. Your lower zone may be set too low for the top zone to get down to where you want it.

There is a way if you press the buttons in a certain order to get the temp below 14, I know because I have done it to my fridge before, now I’m trying to remember how to do it again, if you succeeded let me know
