Finally back. Been working on truck all day with plugs and coil packs. Sadly one helicoil and plug wouldnt come out. Then couldnt get the other old broken coil mount off so new coil pack held under fuel rail with oil lid. Truck drives good but found out need an outer tie rod for passenger side now just replace driver side in july. It's a never ending cycle one thing goes then gets fixed only for another to go
you should definitely build an RSX now, its a whole different world

I went back and rewatched all the old civic videos, pretty crazy to see how much the channel was grown and improved since back then
I found a wrecked 2005 TSX with 60K miles on it for $300 and pulled the K24 and trans out of it. Got the 5-lug spindles and disc brakes from a 2003 Honda CR-V and they bolt right onto my 2005 Civic EX (same suspension setup, essentially). I'm slowly but surely building this car.

If you wanna push a lot of horsepower into it, do an awd conversion and put a d16a6 motor in it
The downside to being a car guy is that you’re never going to see any of that money again even if you decide to sell it one day
Depends on the car, tbh I'd buy Jasmine for 20k. My brother spent 15k on a $1500 blobeye wrx to get it to 580whp, and he sold it for 23k to a teenager with way too much money.
Edit: I'd even buy jasmine for 25k, given the turbo motor swap and interior.

The car looks good but it’s not worth anything near $25k, if your gonna spend that kind of money on a civic eg, get one that’s properly painted, a nicely built motor (b18c or k series) and a REAL turbo kit, wide body and wheels

K20 plus a eBay turbo is 300+ on like 5 psi so...15psi, basic tune, injectors and type r pistons on that rice rod would clap anything😂
$15g not bad, back in the day I spent $40g on a 10 year old street/track/strip eg. 17 years later It’s way cheaper to go fast in any car.
