it is the song from "the sound of music." in the movie, julie andrews sings it to the kids to calm them during a thunderstorm. it's on forestella's second album "mystique." they performed it live in their album concert tour and in that context it had a creepy halloween vibe to it.if you're interested in hearing them sing in korean these are some excellent performances:
