@@hershemeitsme1115 girl you keeping that weight off that’s good I’m still on my healthy journey but when I lose the rest of this weight I got the key in to keeping it off by changing my eating habits it’s tough but as of few weeks ago I’ve changed a lot and I walked 4 miles today. It’s feels good being healthy.
