I just picked one up it’s great it flexes like a dual two but it keeps it’s shape and it is a very good foso head. Must recommend !!

just picked one up along with the carbon 3.0. been taking some reps with it and i have been loving it! I noticed it's rly strong on plungers and clamp plunger but i haven't been taken any lives yet. Would this head to any good for clamps or quick clamps because i noticed it has a somewhat wide profile

Does the duel 3 have the same flex as the 2f or is is stiff like the weapon x(it’s stiff for me because I am light).

@@kaiiser101How much stiffer would you say because the weapon X is too stiff and the 2f is about just right but I would give up a little stiffness for better Rakes

I’m a little confused . I noticed in this clip you’re using an ECD carbon shaft . I live in Australia and in terms of equipment we are usually 2 years behind . That said I bought a weapon x head and wanted to buy an ECD MTX shaft . Unavailable in Australia . I emailed ECD and they told me don’t use a carbon shaft and in fact told me to use pretty much any alloy shaft specifically recommending a competitiors shaft . Now I’m really confused . Any advice ……..

100% Alloy’s are much better as FO shafts bc carbon will tear with the short throats of a FO head. I just happen to be using a carbon shaft during this review that’s all.

Hi I just picked up this head for my son in HS, we are new to lacrosse and don't know what stick is compatible with this head. He plays FOSO and midfielder. If you could recommend a few sticks I'd greatly appreciate it thank you.

yeah it’s actually a great head. i had a 2f and i switched to this, so far i’m loving it
