(y) I get an error when trying to enable leads (Roadmap), as you demonstrate at 6:44, it says access to the resource is not allowed (I've translated that from norwegian, hope its fairly accurate). Any idea what could cause that? Would my admin have to give me more access to Roadmap somehow, to be able to run these queries?
Hi Torbjorn, Please check if you can navigate to "Project.microsoft.com" and see if you can create a roadmap. Maybe there aren't any there or maybe you don't have a license assigned. Hope this helps, let's keep the chat going.

Very usefull this Power BI Template. I did I try here but I have several users creating projects and I would like to show reports for all users of Project for The web. When I connect to Dataverse using a specific credential I grab the data only for that specif user. Do you know how to get the all user's projects from the Dataverse?

You could try your hands on the Project accelerator: ruclips.net/video/oXAwUi1u064/видео.html this will bring more power to your Project for the Web solution. And you could create a service account, provide it with access to all projects and build a report with the credentials of that service account.

I have some mixed data in rows which i want to split further into rows. when i do it , it also doubles the other data and then i cant save it. it gives error ( Column 'ProjectName' in Table 'Projects' contains a duplicate value 'Belarusian Railways Minsk' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table. ) can you please tell me how to deal with this issue. Thanks in advance
Hi Farhan, Are duplicates expected in the results? in that case you should reevaluate the relationship in the report. Is it not expected to have duplicates then you could go into the query editor and find out where there are duplicates and remove them. But whithout good knowledge on your data and what you want to achieve it's difficult to help out more. You could find out if there is a MSFT partner close by that has Power BI and Project competencies

That doesn't sound right ofcourse 😀. You schould not have to change a dataset because you have new values coming in. Can you maybe create a unique value per row to build the relationship on? Isn't the relationship on the GUID instead of the peoject name a better idea? If you are a subscriber to the newsletter you can also send me a mail with screenshots to clarify

Hi Scott, most of the time this error pops up if the credentials are insufficient or incorrect. Navigate to the data source settings (in the drop down for "Transform data" and in that section make sure to update all data connections by selecting "Edit permissions". Provide it with the correct permissions and you should be fine. Let me know if this helped you out, Erik
Hi Long, I believe with data flows it should be possible. But building reports or visuals is still something you should do in the desktop because its better for that purpose. Also, it might need a power bi pro license anyway. Why don't you want to use the desktop app?
Hi Dejuan, make sure the report is shared on a Workspace that the teammembers have access to (or use a Power BI app). Then create a MS Teams power bi tab and reference the report link.

Hi fellow dr Who fan, I think you should be able to change the queries to remove the P4W references. But I haven't tried myself. There is also a PowerBI template in the same GitHub folder (watch closely at the start of the film, I briefly mention it)

Hi Scott, most of the time this error pops up if the credentials are insufficient or incorrect.
