First thing is to limit random college producing unskilled workforce, this is the reason gap between education and employment. There are way too many engineers and Bcom and even MBA graduates from random colleges without any skills tbh. Land reforms, ease of doing business, decentralisation of states. And when it comes to population control, it's already too late😢.
