From my research,the price of the ultra skin is 5000 gold because if you noticed during the crazy sale, the fixed price for the MCX Red Devil ultra skin is 5000 gold and I have seen many people who are less fortunate get ultra skins for a price not exceeding +5k golds,for now,It's just my theory
