Home Free is the real deal. They are amazingly talented. The bass, Tim, has broken speakers before. Adam, the beatboxer, is incredible and he was doing drums, harmonica and other sounds with this mouth. Chance, also in back row, was doing the mouth harp. He just wrote a great song for a new pirate game called Skull & Bones. Tim goes insanely low in it. 🤩

Tim Foust is their bass and he has blown out speaker systems with that voice. Check out Home Free with Lee Greenwood "God Bless the USA". Their beatboxer is several times world champion.
Bass guy is from Texas. We love Tim for his rumbling bass notes, but he can sing the tenor high notes as well. He can use five octaves beautifully. Subscribed for more Home Free.

Yep, Home Free messed up my mind. I didn’t hardly listen to anything else for 3 years. I’m from Texas, listen to their cut of God Bless Texas. A tribute to the flood victims in Houston and few years ago. Keep up the good work.
Bless you! I needed to see this reaction today! A whole new world just opened up for you! Can't wait to see you go through more Home Free along with Voiceplay, Geoff Castellucci and Pentatonix~
I’m a new sub! I could tell instantly that you know talent when you hear it! And I’m here and ready to listen to your reactions to Home Free! More Home Free Please!
You have just been introduced to the best a cappella group out there. These guys are all so talented. They lean towards country but they can do any genre. They all can take the lead depending on whos voice is best for the song. They are known for their tight harmonies. Tim Foust is one of the best bass singers out there & their beatboxer vocal percussionist Adam Rupp can simulate any sound. This song is very old & is done in the bluegrass country style. It was used in the movie "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" starring George Clooney. Some of my favorites are "Take Me Home Country Roads", "In The Blood", "Ring Of Fire", "Blue Ain't Your Color", "How Great Thou Art", "Elvira", "Hillbilly Bone", "American Pie", "Brother In Arms", "One Man Band", "Listen To The Music" etc.
Austin's (the lead tenor) voice is just smooth as silk, which is why it's fun to listen to. Tim's (the bass) voice on the other hand goes straight to your lizard brain, which gives everyone the 'where the heck did that come from' reaction.
Welcome to the Home Free Ride! The guy doing the beatboxing Adam Rupp and the other guy with the glasses and beard are actually not from The South at all.. they are both from Minnesota but the other three singers, the Bass Tim Foust was born and raised in Texas, the first tenor singer Austin Brown was born and raised in rural Georgia, and the guy with the goatee baritone who made the mouth harp twang sound at the beginning and the end of the video is Adam Chance who was born and raised in Alabama. Hope you do more reactions to Home Free! Try Home Free's cover video of "End of the Road" from Boys2Men! All of their music is acapella with Adam Rupp being the beatboxer making the drum noises!
@@_ArmaniMedia You should react to Adam Rupp's "drum" solo from 2017. the one where he is wearing a red shirt and you will see how RIDICULOUSLY talented a beat boxer Adam Rupp is! :)
That was Tim Foust on the low bass notes and low baritone lead after the no-monica solo by Adam Rupp who also did the beatboxing. Chance (Adam Chance) in the dark vest covered baritone this song and simulated the jaw harp with some sort of harmonic technique. Austin Brown had most of the tenor leads, actually in his lower range. Look out. Rob Lundquist had a couple tenor leads and did the little rap flourish near the end. Everyone covered instrumental support notes a good part of the time. What next? Many choices. Soul: When A Man Loves A Woman. Older Country: Crazy, Ring Of Fire, Folsom Prison Blues, When Will I Be Loved. Newer Country: Ain't Going Down on Facebook, Brother, Moonshine, Dive Bar Saints, My Church. Rock/Folk: Listen To The Music, Take Me Home Country Roads, Workin' For A Livin', Helplessly Hoping, Never Gonna Give You Up, Castle On The Hill, American Pie. Collabs: From Here To The Moon And Back, Delta Dawn. Military People: Go Rest High On That Mountain, Travelin' Soldier, Brothers In Arms. Patriotic: God Bless The USA. Sailors : Sea Shanty Medley. Christmas: Mary Did You Know, Do You Hear What I Hear. Traditional: How Great Thou Art. Humor: Butts Medley, Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer.
Home Free is absolutely wonderful in all they do!! I don't listen to anything else! Austin, Rob, Chance, Adam and Tim!! Subbed for more !! Ty for ur reaction!! 💓
AWESOME reaction!! Original talent like this is truly refreshing. If you appreciate raw, soulful talent I think you would really enjoy Beth Hart singing "Am I the One" Live at Paradiso (2004). And for one of THE best blues songs check out Beth Hart with Joe Bonamassa performing "I'd rather go blind" (originally done by Etta James) Live in Amsterdam. The Beth Hart rabbit hole is sure to move your soul...in lots of ways. Your enthusiasm is contagious. Thank you for sharing and shining!!
i was just looking for reactions to this song so thanks! its one of my faves and i know you loved it lol ill hit the like button when i watch the video
Man i have been a Home fry since i seen them on the talent show. I love some Home Free. Bro you have a lot of their songs to check out. One of my favorites is My Church which is a remake but Home Free made it theirs.
New subscriber. Great reaction, too! I love it when people discover Home Free. They are a freakishly talented group of fellas that excel in all music genres. They can make you laugh sometimes, they can make you cry sometimes but they always impress. Here's a cheat sheet on the group: Adam Rupp, co-founder of HF and the awesome beatboxer. Tim Foust, bass. He has a five-octave range. Rob Lundquist (glasses and beard) Tenor Harmony. Austin Brown, Lead Tenor. Adam Chance, Baritone ( goes by Chance). Chance replaced Chris Rupp (co-founder) who left in 2016. Take Me Home Country Roads is phenomenal but you might also want to check out Dreamer, When A Man Loves A Woman, End Of The Road, One Man Band, American Pie featuring Don McLean, I Swear, Blue Ain't Your Color, Dive Bar Saints, The Driver, Crazy and Folsom Prison Blues. For some funny ones: Butts Medley, All About That Bass, Champagne Taste, Hillbilly Bone and Ray Stevens' Mississippi Squirrel Revival. For some serious ones: How Great Thou Art, Go Rest High On That Mountain. When you are familiar with all the boys and their vocal roles, do Mayday. And last but not least, Brothers In Arms. It is haunting and beautiful. They have recently released several new songs that you will want to check out. Unchained Melody, Listen to the Music, Brother and their latest: Stargazer Lilies trilogy, Give Me A Sign, Stargazer Lilies and Mr. ...the list goes on. To switch it up..try Two Country Singers try singing Opera. Adam Chance just wrote the theme song to Ubisoft's new Pirate themed video game, Skull and Bones and Home Free performs it. Welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole!
This is epic and give yourself a treat and check out their friend Geoff (Jeff ) Castellucci the bass of VoicePlay who recently also did a cover of this song. VoicePlay and Home Free were on The Sing-Off together and have remained friends. Some of the Home Free members have been in VoicePlay videos.
As you're going down the home free rabbit hole I suggest to other acapella groups who Who came from the sing off just as home free did. Pentatonix won in 2013 and blew the roof off the world of Acappela Showing everybody the limitless possibilities for acapella. They just received a star on the Hollywood walk of fame.doing home free won in 2014. Voice play took 4th In the 4th season of the The singoff. At least that's I think where they placed but they definitely were on the show. I would watch Pentatonix hallelujah As a introduction to them. Then there's voice play who has just been releasing a ton of songs. I'm a metalhead so I love their cover of nothing else matters by Metallica. Also they just released their cover of creep and the air tonight by Phil collins which includes iconic drum rift Follow the groups' down their respective rabbit holes and The fans will flock to your channel. We are extremely loyal and passionate About our acapella.
I am watching this reaction at 1 am and trying not to wake my daughter. Stop!! Just Stop!! You are hilarious. I have had to try very hard not to laugh like crazy. I love watching black guys discover these boys. You are not alone. Wake up y'all. White boys have soul!!!!! Your comments where great. Try to calm down before you react to another Home Free post . And yes, they do look like the regular guy at the local grocery store. They ARE your normal guys, but so talented they deserve all the credit they get.
And...another one falls down the rabbit hole. You are so doomed. We'll save you a chair. You're about to be buried in Home Fries. Home Free is the only country a capella group out there, but they can - and do - sing every genre. And they have no lead singer. Every one of these men can take the lead, and they pick the lead for each song by who does it the most justice. During quarantine, they kept all us Home Fries sane by dropping new videos every couple of weeks while they were scattered across the country. God bless ‘em. All the men can beat box, but Adam is in a league of his own. He's a world-class vocal percussionist and there're good reasons he's called a "Freak of Nature" and “the man who swallowed a drum kit.” For more of Adam's incredible beat boxing, check out Sea Shanty medley (the man makes castanets, for Pete's sake), his no-monica solo on Working For A Living and Ain't Going Down Til The Sun Comes Up (that video is on Facebook), and his drum solos. For more of Tim's seismic basso profundo, listen to Brothers In Arms, Misty Mountains (his collaboration with Peter Hollens), Folsom Prison Blues, or Ring Of Fire (the Sing Off version). This man’s range is incredible. For Chance's smooth baritone/bass, check out Skull & Bones, Down to the Honky Tonk, Brothers In Arms, Coover Me Up, I Can’t Outrun You, and Folsom Prison Blues. (Awesome.. basso profundo and a baritone/bass in the same group.) FYI, Chance is singing (throat singing) the jaw harp sounds - without the jaw harp - in Man Of Constant Sorrow. For Rob's soulful tenor, check out End of the Road, Blue Ain't Your Color, or Bless The Broken Road. (Blue-eyed soul is in good hands with The Beard.) One Home Fry has described him as the vocal equivalent of a Swiss Army knife because of his versatility. For Austin's soaring power tenor, check out Crazy, Moonshine, When A Man Loves a Woman, or Bring Him Home. (But bolt down your chair ‘cause he'll sing you right out of it.) For their humor, check out Butts Remix, Working For A Living, Between A Rock And A Heartache, Make You Feel My Love, Brother, and Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget. For their amazing arrangement skills, check out Do You Hear What I Hear. (Adam's arrangement. Nothing else like it.) For their tight harmonies, check out Helplessly Hoping, How Great Thou Art, Brothers In Arms, or Auld Lang Syne. For their mashups, check out Thinking Out Loud/Let's Get It On, Fishing in the Dark/Boondocks, Country Fried Pop, or Woman, Amen/Female. The Home Free men are masters of collaborations. They put the spotlight on their collaborator, supporting them with wonderful vocals and amazing harmonies. Check out God Bless the USA with Lee Greenwood, American Pie with Don McLean, Elvira with The Oak Ridge Boys, Children Go Where I Send Thee with the late Kenny Rogers, Don’t Laugh At Me with Mark Wills, Christmas In Dixie with Alabama, Delta Dawn with Brooke Eden, or Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For with Peter Hollens. Get at least five videos under your belt and then listen to Mayday - the official video. After Mayday, you'll be ready for Tim and Austin doing My Maria or Tim's mashup of Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow/Stay. Then, when you come up for air, check out Rob’s and Austin’s “Two Country Singers Try Singing Opera.” You'll need smelling salts after that one. Don't miss their official videos. The Home Free men will often do a straight, gorgeous vocal performance, but they'll add elements of humor to the video that will leave you chuckling or even laughing out loud. (Folsom Prison Blues, Between A Rock And A Heartache, Make You Feel My Love, Working For A Living, Brother). And God help you when you get hit with the Home Free Curse. They’ll cover a song you absolutely cannot stand and make you like it against your will. I’d been hit by the curse four times now before I quit counting. I’m not the only victim of the Home Free Curse, either. Their synergy is phenomenal. Each is an artist in his own right, but man - when they sing together, magic happens. Wicked talent polished by decades of hard work. (Unchained Melody, Castle On The Hill, Seven Bridges Road, Only In America) To paraphrase another Home Fry, “They don't just own a cover, they upgrade it.” You are doomed, Home Fry. Bring ketchup.
Now that you have stumbled into the world of acapella, I suggest completing the trifecta, check out Voice Play and Pentatonix. Each group has their own style, but all are very talented. Also a side note, a lot of independent artist support reactors as they are their advertisements and they are good places to see feedback. I do know that Voice Play does support reactors and will not copyright strike their material.
Did you keep the video playing during your comments, but those sections were not heard by your viewers? There seemed to gaps in the song that interrupted some phenomenal parts. For instance, the entire harmonica solo by the amazing beatboxer, Adam Rupp. That was my listening experience, anyway. I do like your personality and the basic presentation of your content and I hope this was just an oversight on your part. Best of luck for your channel.
There are 3 A Capella groups that I say are equal and are the best out there. 1) Pentatonix, who won the third season of a singing competition called The Sing Off. 2) Home Free, who won the 4th season of The Sing Off. 3) Voice Play who most members (and they change members often) have backgrounds with Disney so they are very theatrical. All three are absolutely fantastic A Capella groups. I do not favor one of the other. I listen to them all with equal praise.
Welcome to the rabbit hole known as Home Free. These guys are my favorite acapella group. They have a wide-ranging library of videos. You won't be sorry diving into it. If you want to check out Adam Rupp (beatboxer) doing an elongated drum solo, check him out here... ruclips.net/video/EanKWLUaDpg/видео.html Enjoy your dive. 🙂
@@_ArmaniMedia it’s absolutely insane. Sounds like he swallowed a drum set and then when he starts acting like he’s using a mixing board it really takes off

Then…”WHEN A MAN LOVES A WOMAN”…….Will knock your tight. whiteys off 💥🔥🫶🏼‼️🎶
Austin's (the lead tenor) voice is just smooth as silk, which is why it's fun to listen to. Tim's (the bass) voice on the other hand goes straight to your lizard brain, which gives everyone the 'where the heck did that come from' reaction.
Loved loved loved your reaction! I'm a Home Free fan. Found these amazing guys about 6 years ago. This is just the tip of the Home Free iceberg!
To see a different side of them I suggest their cover of "End of the Road". They do pretty much everything.
He is the best in the world.
Adam is ridiculously talented !
@@_ArmaniMedia You should react to Adam Rupp's "drum" solo from 2017. the one where he is wearing a red shirt and you will see how RIDICULOUSLY talented a beat boxer Adam Rupp is! :)
You need to see the guy that does the drums it's just him it is out of this world
That was Tim Foust on the low bass notes and low baritone lead after the no-monica solo by Adam Rupp who also did the beatboxing.

Home Fries is what they call us, join and enjoy the ride.
Your reaction is best I have seen!
Excellent reaction they have a lot of songs your views are getting ready to spike going down this rabbit hole.🤣
Also their rendition of "It's all about the Bass".
Home Free will sing the crap out of any song. They are simply the best
❤Home Free
I think you'd love their Drum Solo.
It’s a lot to take in ❤
Sub of Home Free. Welcome to the "rabbit hole" known as Home Free. Hold on & enjoy the ride. They don't have a bad song or video.
Awesome reaction! ❤
Subbed for Home Free. They don't have a bad song. Each song is better than the last.
You crackin me up! 😂🤣❤️🙏🏻
New subcriber. They are very humble guys you can hang out with at a bar.
Keep checking them out.....they do all types of music, completely without instruments and they kill it EVERY TIME
This is epic and give yourself a treat and check out their friend Geoff (Jeff ) Castellucci the bass of VoicePlay who recently also did a cover of this song. VoicePlay and Home Free were on The Sing-Off together and have remained friends. Some of the Home Free members have been in VoicePlay videos.
OMG I LOVE YOU! 😂 Great reaction!!!
Thank you 💚
FYI, fans of Home Free are called home fries -------> 🍟 Nice reaction.
You should do Tim Foust (bass singers) cover of Will you love me tomorrow/Stay. Mind blowing!!!!
Do you want to be more surprised? Check the two tenors from Home Free sing the Puccini aria from the opera Nessun Dorma.
New sub for Home Free and Voiceplay
(But bolt down your chair ‘cause he'll sing you right out of it.)
For their humor, check out Butts Remix, Working For A Living, Between A Rock And A Heartache, Make You Feel My Love, Brother, and Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget.
For their amazing arrangement skills, check out Do You Hear What I Hear. (Adam's arrangement. Nothing else like it.)
For their tight harmonies, check out Helplessly Hoping, How Great Thou Art, Brothers In Arms, or Auld Lang Syne.
(Unchained Melody, Castle On The Hill, Seven Bridges Road, Only In America) To paraphrase another Home Fry, “They don't just own a cover, they upgrade it.”
You are doomed, Home Fry. Bring ketchup.
Maybe try their cover of “Listen to the Music”.
I LOVE your reaction to one of my very favorite groups! I subscribed 😂
Welcome!!
this guy be like"What these white boys can sing it has never happened before!" LOL 🤣
Welcome to the homefree rabbit hole.
Misty mountain by Peter Hollens and Tim Foust the bass is sick
Nobody looks like that at my supermarket!
Enjoy your reactions! New sub
I had to cut some parts due to copyright, but TRUST ME it was freakin' AMAZING !!
Odd. No one else reacting to this video has to cut out parts.
You might want to explore options to skipping sections of the song. It is kind of irritating, I admit.
New subscriber for more Home Free! You have just discovered my favorite group by far! Enjoy the ride!
Awesome! Thank you!
Subscribed to your channel. I love watching people react to Home Free for the first time!
Nice 😃
Adam Rupp is the sound guy and he has a video where he does a drum solo on stage. It’s unreal.
I keep hearing about this drum solo 🤔
@@_ArmaniMedia it’s absolutely insane. Sounds like he swallowed a drum set and then when he starts acting like he’s using a mixing board it really takes off
@@_ArmaniMedia ruclips.net/video/EanKWLUaDpg/видео.html
I'm from Kentucky. COME ON LOL
Ky is my home hahahahaha been living in ohio for 8 years...loving your reaction
Of course he's beatboxing...they're acapella!!!
End of the road cover Boys to men. Your mind will either explode or crack..
PTX next please with a cherry on top🍒🍒🔥🤯❤️
Play HILLBILLY BONE you will love it.
going down the rabbet hole it comes from old English's meaning you have got to follow the hole until you see it threw and see it to the end of the path
Dude, every time you pause and then hit play it skipped ahead a few seconds. You missed the coolest part of him making the harmonica sound.
