This is so clear and straightforward. I deeply appreate your reading it to us and appreciate Sri Aurobindo communicating it to all freely. If I may state, and all please forgive me, I've completely had my fill of gurus stating "The mind is emptiness" and not explaining what in the world that is supposed to mean. There are many statements like this that are repeated over and over, without any explanation at all. Such repetition does not serve to educate. Dare I say, it is useless. Sri Aurobindo has done none of that here. He gives clear and accessible instructions. I can't relate how refreshing this knowledge is to receive. Thank you.
