    Why dividing by 2 to obtain pseudo range ?

    • @prajjwalbaluni3891
      @prajjwalbaluni3891 Год назад

      coz signal has to go and come back ,hence the distance we get is twice of real .so we divide by 2

    Sir wht is p-code in L-1 freq. used for?

    • @poh
      @poh  3 года назад

      For military and defence applications.

    • @harshp6706
      @harshp6706 3 года назад

      Planes Over Head that’s L2 (P-code) for ionospheric delay detection for accurate post fixing which is available only to US-DOD. But what is p-code In L-1 for?

    • @poh
      @poh  3 года назад

      Military users receive both L1 and L2 codes both of which contain the p-code!

    • @harshp6706
      @harshp6706 3 года назад

      Planes Over Head why is p-code in both the freq. why is it not just in 1st, why is the 2nd freq. involving p-code when L-1 already have p-code

    • @poh
      @poh  3 года назад

      L2 p code as you said to determine the ionospheric delays and everything which therefore improves even more accuracy which is required by the military users.
