Yeah, I think the confusion comes from the fact that after beating the first mini boss that appears in the dojo you can read something in the back of the room about lightning reversal, that is kinda like the mibu breathing technique, except it just teaches you about the mechanic instead of giving you something new.

I feel like alot of the reason that the Isshin fight is so hard is because mostly mental pressure xD. usually a double fight with genshin, so you gotta remember to change your tempo from fighting genshin to Isshin super quick and you are worrying about resource management more as well. I remember if I used more than 3 gourd heals on a main double fight I would naturally feel like I was gonna lose the fight and didnt pay attention as well lol
Hey myth I would love if you could try a small free game called dark queen of mortholme, you basically play as the final boss of a game sitting in your throne as the hero comes to challenge you, and every time you kill him he comes back better at the game and learns your boss moveset, it's a fun little game, it's 20 minutes long and it has multiple endings
