If anyone else didn't understand, "hook-and-pile" is shortened from hook-and-pile fasteners, otherwise known as Velcro. First instance he's saying stop hooking (like right hook, left jab etc.) out humans and then piling up their bodies (mythological Heracles/Hercules had quite the body count, including his wife and kids, King Diomedes and his guards, Hippolyta Queen of the Amazons and plenty of others).
The "no-mean lion" line is literally just calling him a pussy again after the last line (a lion that isn't mean/scary) while referring to the first of Hercules's Twelve Labours, killing the Nemean Lion.
The Nike shop line has lil' bit extra, Nike being the Greek goddess of victory. You could say Hercules was manufacturing victory when none was needed causing much unneeded pain and death in the process, like a Nike sweat shop.
If you ever feel like looking at League of Legends raps again, I'm always going to recommend Badministrator. His music has all kinds of vibes, moods and beats, there's a quite a few game knowledge lines, but its fun to listen to anyways. Some favourites are Consume and Adapt, Police Brutality, Ghost in the Machine, and The Grandmaster. (Edit: He also has a league rap battle called Fight of the Century)

Hera, jealous that Zeus had cheated on her and taking it out on hercules, put him under a spell that cause him to go wild and kill his wife and kids, burning them all. So Hercule's can only dish fire if he's killing his children.

That "looking like a ramen noodle " line was in reference to the word Naruto. Its either an actual type of noodle dish or something they put in ramen called a naruto. It's actually a really hard bar.

The line "You couldn't kill your guilt for a pile of crying babies" hits HARD! For those who don't know, in the original myth of Hercules, Hera made Hercules kill his own wife and children. (Same reference as the line "you only spit fire when your kids are at the end of it"

when you were talking about the rhyme scheme at the beginning of naruto’s verse i think “musical” was supposed to rhyme with “unusual” so it was “unusual fights” and “musical, yikes”
Herc threw himself into a fire to die after being given a gift by his second wife who got it from Hera. It caused itching and pain that he was trying to get it to stop.
That doesn't explain "the kids at the end of it". That happened well before that. In fact it started the famous 12 Labors of Hercules, namely him killing his kids in a fit of madness caused by Hera and the Labors as repentance set upon him by the Oracle (also Hera). But the poisonous cloth of centaur Nessus (only time Hera didn't had something to do with it) is at the very end. So basically the verse is out of whack.

I'm a little new to this but how is that a rhyme scheme. It seems all random and out of place. Like what's the B for and why are there 4 A's?

For example, the A’s represent the following: “Your story is odd”, “I’ve heard it a lot”, and “But this fraternity jock”. In all three, the final syllable of each phrase rhyme. The letters B and C represent phrases that don’t rhyme with the A’s, namely in this case, “and I believe in unusual fights” and “… musical! Yikes!” for the B rhymes and “turned Ancient Greece” and “into Grease” for the C rhymes. Ergo, the rhyme scheme for Naruto’s first two lines is AABACCB.
