I feel this was sent to me by divine inspiration. Recently I found myself "stuck" and could not figure out why I had become basically immobile. Another night sitting on the couch staring into space, wanting and needing something to jumpstart me. RUclips mindlessly playing on the TV and then this started playing in the feed. It's 2:30 AM and instead of sleep I intently watch the whole thing. Went to bed inspired. Woke up with renewed hope. So blessed to have found this.

I watched Iyanla jump in full body, mind and soul to truly show love to people and watched some people call her disgusting names that Black women without European features are often called. When that one child cursed her she set a new boundary that she would no longer interact with people who disrespected her. The following year she announced the end of her show. No matter how old you are, how awakened and loving you are it gets tired being bullied.

My biggest take away is when Iyanla answered Oprah’s question of why do we keep living negatively and not the opposite and Iyanla said it’s because we can control the negative parts of ourselves and in fact we trust that that is what will show up, but it’s the inability to trust that we can have happiness because we feel that we have no control over the unknown/ positive outlook.

But those who believe in Jesus are a new creation, born again. If you believe the word of God, then you believe what He says over what a feel good teacher says. I too have followed her in agreement, until she turns left. The danger is being double minded; as the Word of God speaks against. A half truth is a plain out lie. It's appearance isn't hidden.
It's like mixing black fiction with spiritual quotes. We are likewise instructed not to add to or take away from the Holy Scriptures. I agree that listening can be a slippery slope and not just eating the meat and spitting out the bones. Perhaps her reason for ending her long running program was her coming into personal convictions; rather than the fact of refusing to tolerate disrespect from anyone?
Only God knows.
Oh my God. She came in my life at the right time at the appointed time at the divine time. I had an opportunity to interview her. And it was a wonderful experience I will never forget it. I owned a magazine titled Renaissance woman and she is a Renaissance woman. May God continue to bless her walk with her through her dwell in her and let her path. She is truly a woman of faith and substance.

Well I believe that this is true for ALOT OF people but I have not begged God to help me but rather other people and I do know that I have lived long enough and I really from my experiences do not have any desire to live anymore. Well I don’t feel like I have any other options other than to die. I have tried to report the abuse that has happened to me and no one else has ever tried to help me get these abusive people out of my life and also I am just tierd of living bc these people have hurt me so terribly bad I am human being. I am not begging God or anyone else for anything. I know that I am sick and I truly just don’t want to live anymore. I know that I am fat but it’s really sex stopper bc I have had nothing but perverted people involved in my care. It’s disgusting and sickening and vile. I have believed the words from other people like this the majority of my life and it’s gotten no where but more trouble and so I am choosing not to believe in anyone else or what they say.
And I am truthful in what I have and am going through and have been through. I have reported this to people. It does not matter and I don’t measure it as anything that is going to help me going to heaven. And I am not fighting anyone I’m trying to warn people.
