I was at the show last night and amazed at how many people are watching thru their phone. Completely taking them out of the moment of what was an epic rock show.
Not watching, but recording. There was a time you would get kicked out for recording the show. They need to crack down it

It's not the rasp, it's his vocal chords. He damaged them. His whole voice is different...same pitch but different sound, and it isn't good.

A lot of people miss Axl's rasp, so do I, but let's face it, no one's getting any younger. If he used it as much as he did in his twenties-thirties, he wouldn't last more than ten songs. Now he uses his head voice instead, and he absolutely nailed Reckless Life, for example. He still sounds much better than Vince Neil, and he's much slimmer, too... Anyway, I saw them in Budapest this summer as well as in back in1992, and they were no disappointment. On the contrary, it was a freakin' amazing show, reminded me of not childhood but young adulthood memories. Anyway, I'm still a besotted fan and can't wait for the new album - go Gunners!
I feel like he’ll get it back after some rest. That’s a hard style to sing and tour non stop

Perhaps sounds very raspy in the chorus!
The rasp sounds so bad now... Like Grandma at karaoke night. Axl is a natural baritone tho, so maybe someday he'll just roll with that.
Those guys are so freakin awesome! There's not a lot of bands whose members are in their 60's can still pull off a high energy show! Thanks for recording and posting! 🤘🤘🤘

Say what you want about Axl, his vocals or whatever, but he's about the only lead singer from the '80s that has lost weight, and continues to, and is in better shape while a guy like Vince Neal needs to. There are a few others, but to see him actually do this is a good thing.

I was so happy I finally saw them at power trip. Been wanting to see them since he runited with slash and duff years ago.
Looks like a good time was had by all...Axl's low voice sounds good contrasting with his high voice towards end of It's So Easy. Sound like they were really rocking that venue. Reminiscent of some of Rolling Stones style rock. Which is OK because Guns and Roses music, though unique, is also part of a broader hard rock culture eg Queen, Rolling etc.

They sound killer they cane out when i was in 7th grade. My friends and I were blown away with their sound. Damn i miss the 80's
I became a fan forever in 1992 in grade 7.
This was an awesome concert and a pleasant surprise. Axl sounds a lot better and the set list is amazing.

I am so in love with guns n' roses I think them from the bottom of my heart because they really have a way of bringing me that feeling of coming back to life when life is really hard. I am so grateful that they are back and I thank them. I pray to God they come back to Chicago because they make me feel so good inside. Thank you for your wonderful music and for helping me feel alive I just love you guys I wish I could tell you that face to face.

Holy shit Axl killed Reckless Life! That was so fucking badass, brought me back to the 80's when my buddy Adam's brother came home from college with the Live Like a Suicide EP and said (these guys are gonna be huge) They became my favorite band immediately, I was only 13 but that summer Appetite came out along with the classic videos and Guns were all I listened to or cared about for the next few years!
I hope Axl continues to tour for 20 more years with or without the boys axl is the coolest dude left in rock ‘n’ roll.
These guys play for over 2.5 hrs. That’s what it’s all about, giving the fans what they paid for 🤘

This is the only band that I've ever REALLY, REALLY, REALLY wanted to see live. But every time I've had the chance, something has happened that made it impossible. They just played in Idaho, about 40 minutes from where I live - I think it was the only time they've ever come to Idaho. Yet, once again, circumstances made it impossible for me to get there. So huge shout out and thanks to those that posted vids of the concert. They all look and sound awesome and as long as they keep going, I'm going to keep trying.

Yes, the You Tube comments on Axl's voice are pretty nasty and unjustifiable. He doesn't sound or look as bad as many of the millennials who make such comments or even so.e of the not so juvenile w h o envy his ability to keep doing what he does at 61, still looking and sounding as he does.Young and old ali k e envy Axl. But Axl's going to be Axl, regardless of what they say. And he just keeps singing his songs, rocking on. And why not? If he can still do it...Let him. Nobody is twisting these millennial and other nasty critics' arm to watch Axl. And his fans would still want to see him, no matter how old he gets.
