Unless Jerry and Deion are both willing to alter their approach to leadership, I think it would be a terrible fit. Jerry has shown zero interest in taking a hands off approach in regards to the football side of things. Sanders would also need to understand that he won't be able to speak to grown ass men the same way he can to students.
Thank you for being Real about Deion to the Cowboys!! It ain't gonna work!! The NFL has a structure that Deion ain't gonna change, bottom line!! Also, due to the Draft order, what compensation is Dallas gonna give up to get Shedeur, even if that's the case, cause Dallas picks at 12!!! Then you got Deion telling Billionaire Owners where his son ain't gonna play, already starting on a Bad Foot!!!
Dallas folk, would you stop with the Delusion about Deion being the Savior of the Cowgirls!!! Deion retired from the NFL in the 2004-2005 season,an since that time,no NFL franchise has offered him a Job doing anything!! Deion has 2 seasons at Colorado,an now he's this Great Coach,Please!! Keep telling folk, stop trying to equate the College football game to the NFL!!!

Deion Sanders landed in Jerry Jones lap he should consider taking him or should he give him team
If you think the Cowboys are a side-show now, please hire Deion,so the rest of the NFL can continue laughing at Jerry Jones!!!!
