This is crazy -- I'm in Italy right now on my honeymoon. It's my last day, and this happened to just pop up on the same night I'm leaving...what are the chances?? Beautiful build, as always ❤
Love this! If using I'd probably move the office to replace piano room n have office as child room. It's so unique though and very cozy and looks lived in rather than a 'show room' house x
I’m Italian and just want to say this is incredible!! I remember living in a house very similar to this build i just showed my husband we both started laughing lol keep up the good work all my Italians stand tf up 🥹♥️
While it looked totally different, the vibes of this house reminded me so much of the house my aunt and uncle used to live in when I was a kid, my family is mostly danish but my uncle moved to Italy when he was in his early twenties, and for some years during my childhood him and his family lived in this gorgeous, traditional, stone house, in the very small town of Prada, about 900 meters above lake Garda, in the mountains, it was gorgeous and fun and this reminded me of it to an enormous degree, I watched this video and was reminded of all kinds of small memories from my visits I thought I had forgotten, like the lizards that would climb the walls during the summer, and how at night one of the neighbors would use the surrounding lands to let his cows out on and we'd sit out on the terrace and listen to the cowbells in the dark... Sorry for the rant, got caught up, but thank you for sharing this build, also the whole "tile in every room of the house" thing is accurate
Once again asking about a firewatch! I think you’d have fun with one cuz they’re small, but the photos I’ve seen are just one room, so it’d be a challenge! Plus the terrain manipulation!
Lovely build💕 Just one note: grand pianos are usually placed in a way that die opening on top faces the audience since this is where the sound is guided. For the sims it doesn't really matter tho, it's just a detail of realism😄
Also!!!! Been meaning to say: Hi Tonya! I wanted to pass along some interesting information when you get around to covering Rhode Island in your state series. We are the smallest state and of course the Ocean State, so a build in historic Newport could be great. It’s home to the Breakers mansions and a lot of Industrial Revolution history. There’s a lot of gorgeous real estate by the water - even Taylor Swift has a home on Watch Hill. HOWEVER, if you want to bypass the coastal vibes and go spooky, look into College Hill in Providence. Beautiful older homes near Brown University and the home of HP Lovecraft! I would love to see you make a creaky but stunning old home inherited by a granddaughter as she continues her studies (lol, the storylines we create). I feel like you’d enjoy that. You give me New England vibes… I’m not sure where you’re from but based on accent and you mentioning you’re not near Colorado I thought maybe east coast at least. Anyways, thanks for all the great content!!!
I love this build so much and the walk way is incredible. Nothing has bothered me more in the sims is that grapes do not grow on vines haha I know it's small but as someone who has grape vines in my yard it just irked me not being able to do that in the sims.
I love when I'm already on RUclips and get the notification that you posted a new video! I feel like you're my bestie and it’s a besties job to hype a bestie up! LOL
For us- the living room is formal and for show and welcoming guests. The family room is for casual everyday use and is really only for the eyes of the family lol
This house is so beautyful😍 Thank you for building it and that we can use it. But I have an request. Maybe you can build a wedding location in the same style and/or some other community Lots with the italien style
NEVER apologize for a kitten who is kittening around! Oh and I hope to see her very soon! My weak spot in life is kittens! And puppies but especially kittens!
I am always amazed by your excellent build ideas 😊 Love the colors that you have used ❤ In my opinion outdoor carpets might be a bad idea but this is Sims and it doesn't really matter 😅
This is one of my favorite things you've built, LOVE it
Being Italian I'd love to live here
Also really liked the idea with the "flower tunnel"!

As an Italian Im so curious to see this👀🩷
Edit: this is actually really similar to some houses in the town where my aunt lives (in Tuscany)
it's so fun to see italian people on social media lol (i'm italian)
@@xavier__14vero?? È raro vedere altri italiani interessati a TheSims4

An italian house without a bidet? I dont think they exist.
The rest really catches the vibe tho, nice!
I absolutely love this and am going to make my own version of it! Thank you for always inspiring my builds!!
as a southern European, this is very true to what villas in Italy, Portugal and Spain look like, especially the decor
Once again asking about a firewatch! I think you’d have fun with one cuz they’re small, but the photos I’ve seen are just one room, so it’d be a challenge! Plus the terrain manipulation!
You probably used reds and greens subconsciously because it’s the Italian flag! Brilliant!
Gorgeous!! This is one of my favorite builds that you’ve done. It’s actually got me wanting to buy horse ranch to make nectar now.
Lovely build💕

i love SO MUCH the italian architecture
it's one of the reasons why (future architect) i want to live in Italy please bring more italian villas! ❤😊❤
So happy to hear that you've got a pet. I've got a cat, too. I'd never forget the moment when we got her
I loveeeeee this! It feels so traditionally italian and i love your though process through it all. Thanks again!
You are so talented. This is so lovely
This one just makes you want to live there, beautiful!
OMG??? IT'S ADORABLE!!! 😍
that living room oh my goodness i love it
Beautiful build as always… and yay kitten! Demanding photos! Maybe a build for someone that can include a CATio outside? 😊😊🥰
When it comes to using different woods I think it's more about warm vs cool tones and not how many you use

Lovely Mediterranean style! Good job! 👍🏻
LOVEEE ITT SO PRETTY!
That wall of grapes is truly so romantic and beautiful 😍

5:54 I don’t always remember what I did later either 😂 The build came out so pretty 🤩🩷👏👏👏

So pretty! I'd love to vacation here
The bui is absolutely gorgeous! Also a morph bed would be great in that spare room/office, although I don't think the one in game would look nice 😅
So lovely! Great job as usual! ❤❤❤ I’m doing a house in Tartosa but it’s beach/Greek themed. Blue and whites. ❤😂
Oh! how lovely!

would love to see an Italianate style house as your Missouri state build! they're all over Missouri
Maybe a tiny "autumnal" villa? You probably already did something similar😅🍄🍂
Another nice build, Tonya!
up!!! its a good ideia
This is THE dream! ❤️
i love this build
Please build Roberto crinkletop a house since day didn’t give him one. This could be part of your series of building npcs homes.
Your videos are magical. Let's collab and weave more enchantment?
Good luck to the fearless Hunter/huntress =O That Fly shall meet its end by CLAW and TEETH!!
I NEVER put TV's in my builds, because sims will ignore EVERYTHING to go watch TV -__-;;
I TOO am happy that it's not a kids/baby room. Too many people build ONLY family homes, and I generally NEVER have children in the Sims games o3o
totally using this for my wine mom rags to riches XD
Looks like cam and Mitchell’s house from modern family
omg you adopted a kitten? i recently did too. she was a rescue kitten. hope yours is happy and doing well :)
How do you put decorations on the fireplace mantle?
I NEED that house
SHOW US THE KITTEN! Yes I did in fact stop the speedbuild to comment this, I love cats!
Where is the extern link to download?
so cute
As an italian, i wish i lived there💀💀
My cat would like to correct you. It is not a fly. It is a sky rasien.
this could be easilly brazillian
ah this is so cringe i always hate theese comments but firsttt
