I finish the rest of the eye of round from Freezer Divin' Ep. 3 ( • Stir Fry Stroganoff, F... ).
I decide to do some experimentation on a meal prep idea of a delcious breakfast burrito but using more Mediterranean and north African flavors! Toasted Chickpeas, a Spicy babaganoush, feta brightened up with herbs, fresh parsley and lemon! our eggs stay fluffy and moist by whipping some goat cheese in them and cooking them in a water bath in the oven! sounds complicated but it is easier than it sounds! And of course I roast the beef with peppers, onions and tomatoes! Wrapped in a high protein and fiber wrap! This new technique to portion out your next meal prep breakfast burrito is here!
